Tracy joined our staff in April 2014. She worked for several weeks as a CAREGiver to give her the opportunity to work with our clients and see the amazing things our CAREGivers are doing. She started working in our office in May 2014 and has assisted with the hiring process, giving her the opportunity to meet our CAREGivers. In her current role as Client Care Coordinator, Tracy will go to the homes of potential clients to discuss how our caregivers can support their goal of remaining in their homes. Additionally, she meets with our current clients to make sure we are meeting their needs or if there are other services we can be helping them with. Tracy has the "can-do" attitude along with the compassion it takes to make sure our clients are getting exactly what they need.
