July 25, 2017

Empathy and compassion are two of the greatest traits when it comes to being a strong caregiver; but the most effective caregivers are also experts in setting boundaries. Becoming too emotionally involved with the person you're caring for can become both a professional and personal stumbling block. Join us to learn how to set boundaries from the beginning, use rituals to maintain an emotional distance, and begin a gentle detachment process within yourself in order to keep yourself healthy and well.
