Shannon and Travis Hodge - Owners ​As the owners of Home Instead Senior Care (Winston-Salem), Shannon and Travis Hodge possess a heartfelt desire to work with seniors in Forsyth County- it's the reason why they were chosen to serve seniors and their families. Because they are willing to step into any pair of shoes required, they've displayed a unique ability to understand clients & CAREGivers and accomplish their heart's goal of loving and caring for seniors in our local communities. ​​​

Leanda Parrish, Office Coordinator

Leanda Parrish, Office Coordinator

Leanda is our Office Coordinator. In this role she is responsible for answering phones and directing the calls to the appropriate staff. She enjoys the many tasks such as completing the monthly Newsletter for our Clients and CAREGivers, Cards, assisting with accounts receivables, mailing Invoices and fax billing. She also helps the staff where needed. She is a native of NC, and has her Credentials in Early Childhood Development.   Leanda has worked with children for over 20 years.   She comes to Home Instead Senior Care from WSFirst where she worked for over 23 years.  On a personal note she has two daughters and 4 grandchildren that she adores with all her heart! She is excited and loves working for Home Instead Senior Care Services and considers it a blessing from God to be able to serve seniors of Forsyth County.  Leanda started her career with Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver.


Brooklynn Stilwell, Service Coordinator

Brooklynn Stilwell, Service Coordinator ​As Service Coordinator, Brooklynn works with our Clients and CAREGivers on a daily basis to ensure that our Clients are cared for and their scheduling needs are met. She has a strong passion stirred in her heart for others and is a positive encouragement throughout the office. Brooklynn has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2010 and continues to strive for excellence, representing our company, and sharing a smile with everyone she is in contact with. She recieved an AAS degree in Graphic Arts and Image Technology and currently at Liberty University furthering her education in Business Administration and Marketing. The sweet Lord has blessed Brooklynn's life in unbelievable ways, and she is anchored in with our company, our CAREGivers, and our Clients.

Breanna Sparrow, Client Care Coordinator

Breanna Sparrow, Client Care CoordinatorBreanna holds a Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, as well as a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida. Breanna has previously worked in durable medical equipment assisting Medicare clients with obtaining necessary medical supplies as well as early childcare. Breanna has a strong skill set and experience working with families and coordinating needs through referrals and resources, developed in her time as a Child Welfare Case Manager Specialist contracted by the Florida Department of Children and Families. She has a passion for making a difference and serving others. Breanna is liaison between our clients and our CAREGivers. She develops and maintains positive relationships with all clients through client/ CAREGiver introductions, quality assurance (QA) visits, phone calls, and cards.

Shantelle Pearson, Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator

Shantelle Pearson, Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator

​Shantelle is the Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator. In this role she is responsible for recruiting, screening, hiring and retaining the CAREGivers at Home Instead Senior Care.  She is a native of NC where she has spent the majority of her life.  Shantelle has worked in some sort of Health Care the majority of her adult career.  Most recently she came to Home Instead Senior Care from Hospice and Palliative Care Charlotte Region.  While at Hospice she worked with families when their loved ones became imminent and nearing end of life.  In this role Shantelle staffed Nurses and CNA's around the clock until they expired.  "This was such a rewarding job and I assure you we received as Hospice employees much more than we ever gave to the families".  

On a personal note, Shantelle and her husband adopted their precious son in December 2009 when he was 2 years of age.  They were also Foster Parents for more than 5 years and Shantelle served on the board of the Guardian Ad Litem for Mecklenburg County and was an advocate for the children with DSS.​


Charlotte Carter, RN

Charlotte Carter, RN ​As our Registered Nurse, Charlotte has a personal relationship with our CAREGivers. She equips the mandatory "Hands On" training every week  to prepare our CAREGivers for potential clients that will need personal care. She performs Quality Assurance visits, assessing the personal satisfaction of each client. As a client decides to join our franchise, she evaluates and determines their services needed and preferred through the writing of a "Plan of Care;" through this visit, each CAREGiver that is chosen to serve the client will be properly and fully informed on how to do so. ​​

Diana Hawks, RN

Diana Hawks, RN

​As our Registered Nurse, Diana performs Quality Assurance visits, assessing the personal satisfaction of each client.  As a client decides to join our franchise, she evaluates and determines their services needed and preferred through the writing of a "Plan of Care;" through this visit, each CAREGiver that is chosen to serve the client will be properly and fully informed on how to do so.  Diana also equips each CAREGiver with Personal Care training.  With her kindness and patience in stow, Diana brings joy to each visit she makes.
