Shannon and Travis Hodge - Owners

Shannon and Travis Hodge - Owners ​As the owners of Home Instead Senior Care (Winston-Salem), Shannon and Travis Hodge possess a heartfelt desire to work with seniors in Forsyth County- it's the reason why they were chosen to serve seniors and their families. Because they are willing to step into any pair of shoes required, they've displayed a unique ability to understand clients & CAREGivers and accomplish their heart's goal of loving and caring for seniors in our local communities. ​​​

Regina 'Gina' Surratt, Client Care Coordinator

​Gina brings over 13 years of care coordination and has been a Direct Support Professional in the mental health field.  She has a very strong work ethic and a desire to help others and make a difference in both her professional and personal life.  Gina has managerial experience with a well balance of understanding leadership and servant responsibilities.  She is people oriented and has a gift of exceptional active listening skills which enables her to understand the issues and use her problem skills to try find solutions that benefit both sides.  
"I feel it is my calling to help others better their lives.  This is why I have been in the field over 13 years, not only do I want to make a difference but it is built in my DNA that I need to make a difference" 

Brooklynn Stilwell, Service Coordinator

Brooklynn Stilwell, Service Coordinator ​As Service Coordinator, Brooklynn works with our Clients and CAREGivers on a daily basis to ensure that our Clients are cared for and their scheduling needs are met. She has a strong passion stirred in her heart for others and is a positive encouragement throughout the office. Brooklynn has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2010 and continues to strive for excellence, representing our company, and sharing a smile with everyone she is in contact with. She recieved an AAS degree in Graphic Arts and Image Technology and currently at Liberty University furthering her education in Business Administration and Marketing. The sweet Lord has blessed Brooklynn's life in unbelievable ways, and she is anchored in with our company, our CAREGivers, and our Clients.

Shantelle Pearson, Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator

Shantelle Pearson, Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator

​Shantelle is the Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator. In this role she is responsible for recruiting, screening, hiring and retaining the CAREGivers at Home Instead Senior Care.  She is a native of NC where she has spent the majority of her life.  Shantelle has worked in some sort of Health Care the majority of her adult career.  Most recently she came to Home Instead Senior Care from Hospice and Palliative Care Charlotte Region.  While at Hospice she worked with families when their loved ones became imminent and nearing end of life.  In this role Shantelle staffed Nurses and CNA's around the clock until they expired.  "This was such a rewarding job and I assure you we received as Hospice employees much more than we ever gave to the families".  

Leanda Parrish, Office Coordinator

Leanda Parrish, Office Coordinator

Leanda is our Office Coordinator. In this role she is responsible for answering phones and directing the calls to the appropriate staff.  She is a native of NC, and has her Credentials in Early Childhood Development.   She comes to Home Instead Senior Care from WSFirst where she worked for over 23 years.  She is excited and loves working for Home Instead Senior Care Services and considers it a blessing from God to be able to serve seniors of Forsyth County.  Leanda started her career with Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver.

Diana Hawks, RN

Diana Hawks, RN

Diana performs Quality Assurance visits, assessing the personal satisfaction of each client and provides one on one quality training to our CAREGivers.    As a client chooses Home Instead Senior Care as their in home provider, Diana evaluates and determines their services needed through the writing of a  customized Plan of Care.  Through this visit, each CAREGiver that is chosen to serve the client will be properly and fully informed on how to do so.  With her kindness and patience in stow, Diana brings joy to each visit she makes. 

Jilly Hinckley-Noble, RN, CCM

Jilly Hinckley-Noble, RN, CCM

Jilly is a long time resident of Winston-Salem, NC and has worked in Forsyth and surrounding counties as an RN Care Manager over the last 12 years.  She enjoys direct client contact, doing assessments of client needs and goals, and providing advocacy and referrals where appropriate.  She has a strong background in Motivational Interviewing, holistic care, and disease management.  She became a Certified Care Manager in 2009 and re-certified in 2014.  

Her hobbies and interests include cooking, fitness, poetry writing, hiking, reading, playing scrabble, and spending time with family and friends.  She says she is thrilled to be a part the Home Instead Care Ministry and looks forward to meeting all of the CAREGivers and clients
