Home Instead Senior Care is looking for caring and compassionate CNAs to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout Brevard County. Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical personal care services, allowing seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

Our most important criteria is that you have a good heart and are looking to make a difference in someone's life.  We seek people who we would consider to care for our own loved one.

General CNA duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Assistance with personal care and ADLs, (including bathing, dressing, toileting, assistance with transfer and ambulation, etc)
  • Companionship and conversation
  • Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Medication and appointment reminders
  • Incidental transportation
  • Maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment for our seniors
  • Utilize hoyer lifts and transfer boards
 
 Requirements to be a Home Instead Senior Care CNA:     
  • Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
  • Hold a valid CNA LICENSE in the state of Florida
  • Possess a valid Florida Driver's License and vehicle
  • Valid auto insurance
  • Pass criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
  • Must be at least 25 years of age
***Experienced CNAs $250 Sign on Bonus***
To qualify you must:
1) Have one year of verifiable experience in a facility (CANNOT be a private client)
2) Be available and work at least 20 hours per week
3) Stay employed with Home Instead Senior Care for a least 6 months
At the end of 6 months as a Home Instead employee, you will receive the $250 bonus and a raise.
