  3. Times-News Publicizes Sunday Dinner Pledge
The Erie Times-News is joining in the effort to get our senior loved ones to eat better. In the Chew on This article of the Food Section (D) of today's paper, the piece talks about the effort through Home Instead to keep seniors company during meals. Here's the article:

The Home Instead Senior Care office serving Erie and Crawford counties is trying to encourage families to dine with their senior relatives.
For every person who signs the "Sunday Dinner pledge" to regularly eat with a senior family member, the Home Instead foundation will donate $1 to Meals on Wheels.
The goal is 25,000 pledges.
The website also offers recipes, shopping lists, and suggested activities for before and after mealtime.
Visit www.sundaydinnerpledge.com for more information or to make a pledge.
