The National Institute for Home Care Accreditation requires ELA Associates, Inc. to inform your staff of your commitment to the highest level of integrity and ethical standards in relation to business practices and direct service to the people and communities served by the organization.
Therefore, it is the policy of the organization to deliver service and conduct its business in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and ethical standards and have established mechanisms to prevent and detect fraud, ensure conformity with laws, regulations, program requirements and guidelines, and ethical business practices by its employees.
Should you at any time observe any one of the organization doing anything illegal, fraudulent or be asked by a staff member to do something you believe to be fraudulent, contrary to the law or program regulations or guidelines or unethical, please call the agency and ask to speak with management. Our policy is to make this Notice available to our staff.

The discovery, reporting and documentation of fraudulent acts provides a sound foundation for the protection of innocent parties, the taking of disciplinary action against offenders up to and including dismissal where appropriate, the referral to law enforcement agencies when warranted by the facts, and the recovery of assets by any and all lawful means.

Care must be taken in the follow up of suspected misconduct and dishonesty to avoid acting on incorrect or unsupported accusations, to avoid alerting suspected individuals that follow up and investigation is underway, and to avoid making statements, which could adversely affect the STCEFOX Enterprises, Inc. , an employee, or other parties. Accordingly, the general procedures for follow up and investigation of reported incidents are as follows:
