Dana Fox

Dana Fox, Office Administrator

Dana comes to Home Instead Senior Care with an extensive background in financial services. Her patience and understanding working with families, clients and CAREGivers has been instrumental in assuring industry leading service delivery. She provides quality customer service to our clients, CAREGivers and staff.

Brenda Strong, Human Resources Generalist

Brenda understands the need for in home care first hand. Three years ago, she and her husband had to retain in home care for her mother-in-law in Ohio. She eventually had to move to Colorado due to her advancing Alzheimer’s disease. Brenda’s passion for seniors and their care and her many years of Human Resources experience landed her at Home Instead Senior Care as the Human Resources Generalist.

Jean Kelly

Jean Kelly, Part Time Office Specialist

Jean joined our office staff seven years ago, after providing excellent service for many of our clients for a year. Jean understands the value CAREGivers bring to clients’ lives. Her passion for service before self and a love for assisting seniors in the community has been the foundation she uses to help many families struggling with the aging process. Jean works to create a positive experience between every family and CAREGiver.

Meghan Donahue, Client Care Coordinator

Meghan comes to Home Instead with several years of experience working within the Geriatric community. She graduated from Central Michigan University with a double Major in Gerontology and Human Environmental Studies. As a result of her close relationship with her grandparents, Meghan knew early on that she wanted to dedicate her life to serving the elderly. In her role as a Client Care Coordinator, she will be providing supportive services to clients and their families as well determining client’s needs through intakes and assessments. She looks forward to building great relationships with clients and their families and to be able to work for an organization with such remarkable values and tremendous team support.

Lane Claxton, Client Care Coordinator

Lane has worked with Home Instead Senior Care for several years - first as a caregiver, then as a Weekend Manager and now as a Client Care Coordinator. She has always had a heart for the elderly and works hard to make a difference in the life of others. "It is important to me to work for an organization that desires to excel in all areas." Lane has worked with a diverse range of organizations in both the private and public sectors. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado, Denver.

Joan Donaldson, Staffing Coordinator

Joan first began working with Home Instead Senior Care several years ago as a CAREGiver. She then became a weekend manager and was recently promoted to Staffing Coordinator. Joan understands the need to match every client with the ideal CAREGiver. As a mom to three boys, with a background in the service industry, Joan has navigated many stressful situations, which makes the job of scheduling less daunting. She has a strong desire to help seniors and their families manage their particular situation and finds assisting them extremely rewarding.
