Courtney holds a BS from Illinois State University and an M.Ed from DePaul University. She grew up in New Lenox, IL and has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2004.

We have the common goal of providing seniors with quality CAREGivers who will assist in maintaining each client's integrity and diginity. We do all that we can to give families peace of mind whether they are near or far. It can be really daunting on a daughter / son / spouse over time when they become the primary caregiver for their loved one. We put great emphasis on doing what we can, as the care provider, to help them maintain their role as a loved one. We have a compassionate team in place that understands both personally and professionally what this means. Daughters need to be daughters, sons need to be sons, and spouses need to maintain their role as husband or wife. Debbie resides in Frankfort with her husband and three children. She began her career with Home Instead Senior Care in 2010. Debbie's personality and compassionate caregiving skills came to our attention when we were seeking a new administrative team member for networking.
Debbie especially enjoys providing clients and their families with solutions that maintain independance, dignity and safety. She has a great appreciation and respect for what CAREGivres do everyday and is excited to be a part of a Company that shares her passion.
As the Home Care Consultant, Debbie is responsible for building relationships with referral sources, clients and their families. She meets with clients and their families to develop individual plans of care and to provide solutions to meet their needs. Debbie focuses on educating the community, health care professionals and clients about home care services. She demonstrates, through her work, that Home Instead Senior Care focuses on providing the highest quality of care.

As Service Coordinator, Kellie is responsible for client and CAREGiver schedules. With a focus on client needs and CAREGiver attributes, she strives for continuity and client / CAREGiver compatibility.
Belgin has a Bachelor's Degree from Missouri State University and holds her Master's Degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Saint Mary. She is involved in various community organizations including cub scout pack 28 and the area YMCA.
As Training Coordinator, Belgin's focus is to ensure our team of CAREGiversSM receive the highest level of training. Her role within our local office is complimented by years of experience in healthcare as well as a Home Instead Senior Care CAREGiver. Ensuring CAREGivers are confidentally equipped with the skills needed to serve our clients and their families is Belgin's priority as Training Coordinator. In addition, she strives to support our CAREGivers in upholding the high standards of Home Instead Senior Care.
As Recruitment Coordinator, she is responsible for the recruiting and onboarding CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients. Taylor places emphasis on creating the most positive atmosphere for CAREGivers, new hires and the entire Administrative Team. She works diligentally to attract the highest quality CAREGivers to ensure the best quality care for the seniors we serve.
Crystal joined our team in 2017 as a CAREGiver and was promoted to Office Coordinator.
As Office Coordinator, Crsytal is responsible for assisting the entire Administrative Team on a daily basis as well as helping to address CAREGiver and client needs.
