Eric Pucel, Franchise Owner

Eric Pucel, Franchise Owner Eric grew up in Joliet, IL.  In 1998, he joined the United States Coast Guard and went on to career in construction for a steel company.  Eric joined Home Instead Senior Care along side his wife, Courtney, in 2012.

"Courtney & I are so fortunate to have such an amazing office staff and incredible CAREGivers that are committed to the seniors in our community and to the Home Instead mission.  It is so rewarding to know that I have the opportunity everyday to make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families in the very community I grew up in.  Additionally, I get to meet so many fascinating people- clients and CAREGivers alike- everyone has a story and I get to hear it.  Building strong relationships with clients and CAREGivers is a primary focus everyday.  Often times we are the shoulder to lean on whether it is a potential client, existing client, client family or employee.  I am honored to be a trusted source to help people find solutions."

Courtney Pucel, Franchise Owner

Courtney Pucel, Franchise Owner

Courtney holds a BS from Illinois State University and an M.Ed from DePaul University.  She grew up in New Lenox, IL and has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2004. 
"It is an honor to provide quality care to seniors throughout our community.  Everyday I get to work side by side with an Administrative Team that focuses on client and CAREGiver needs.  We have the common goal of providing seniors with quality CAREGivers who will assist in maintaining each client's integrity and diginity.  We do all that we can to give families peace of mind whether they are near or far.  It can be really daunting on a daughter / son / spouse over time when they become the primary caregiver for their loved one.  We put great emphasis on doing what we can, as the care provider, to help them maintain their role as a loved one.  We have a compassionate team in place that understands both personally and professionally what this means.  Daughters need to be daughters, sons need to be sons, and spouses need to maintain their role as husband or wife.  We are proud of what we do and continuously seek out the most compassionate people to carry out our mission; to enhance the lives of seniors and their families through trusted quality care and allowing every senior to age successfully."

Kellie Kelly, Service Coordinator

Kellie Kelly, Service Coordinator Kellie Kelly has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2007.  She has performed various roles on our Administrative Team over the years with her primary responsibility being staffing.  In 2015, Kellie took a leave to care for a loved one.  We are happy to have welcomed her back in 2016 as Service Coordinator. 

As Service Coordinator, Kellie is responsible for client and CAREGiver schedules.  With a focus on client needs and CAREGiver attributes, she strives for continuity and client / CAREGiver compatibility.

Taylor Lofdahl, Recruitment Coordinator

Taylor Lofdahl, Recruitment Coordinator

Taylor joined our team in 2016.  Initially Taylor interviewed to become a caregiver and, instead, was offered an administrative position.  Taylor is a certified nursing assistant and truly understands the needs of our clients and the compassionate care that our CAREGivers provide each day.

In 2017, Taylor transitioned into the role of Recruitment Coordinator.  As Recruitment Coordinator, Taylor is responsible for building the best CAREGiving team in our service area.  She works diligently to create the most positive experience for candidates who will best meet our clients' needs.

Crystal Nava, Client Care Coordinator

Crystal Nava, Client Care Coordinator

​Crystal joined our team in 2017 as a CAREGiver.  She joined our Administrative Team as Office Coordinator, supporting the daily operations throughout the organization.  Crystal's experience and connections with clients, families and CAREGivers naturally progressed into her current role as Client Care Coordinator.

As Client Care Coordinator, Crystal is responsible for speaking with families about the needs of their loved ones and scheduling consultations.  When you meet with Crystal, she will thoughtfully build a plan of care with you and arrange for service to start.

Belgin Olgun, Training Coordinator

Belgin Olgun, Training Coordinator

Belgin has a Bachelor's Degree from Missouri State University and holds her Master's Degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Saint Mary.  She is involved in various community organizations including cub scout pack 28 and the area YMCA.

As Training Coordinator, Belgin's focus is to ensure our team of CAREGiversSM receive the highest level of training.  Her role within our local office is complimented by years of experience in healthcare as well as a Home Instead Senior Care CAREGiver.  Ensuring CAREGivers are confidentally equipped with the skills needed to serve our clients and their families is Belgin's priority as Training Coordinator.  In addition, she strives to support our CAREGivers in upholding the high standards of Home Instead Senior Care.

Kelly Ann Siegel, Office Coordinator

Kelly Ann Siegel, Office Coordinator

​Kelly Ann joined our team in 2018.  As Office Coordinator, Kelly Ann assists with daily operations with a primary focus on supporting the Recruitment Coordinator and Staffing Coordinator.

Prior to joining Home Instead Senior Care, Kelly Ann worked for many years in the banking industry.  She enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren (especially camping in the summer months).  Kelly Ann personally understands the needs of clients and family caregivers as she was fortunate to see her grandmother live to the age of 104.

Je Taun Vigilant, Client Care Assistant

Je Taun Vigilant, Client Care Assistant

​Je Taun joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2016.  For more than 2 years JT had worked with numerous clients and received excellent praise from not just clients and families, but also from our Administrative Team. 

In 2018, Je Taun joined our Administrative Team as Client Care Assistant.  As Client Care Assistant, JT is responsible for supporting the Client Care Coordinator and Training Coordinator.  As a team, they are responisble for ensuring client needs are being met, CAREGivers are prepared and compliance is maintained.


Oliver, Registered Therapy Cat

Oliver, Registered Therapy Cat

​Oliver is an exotic shorthair (aka 'grumpy cat') who joined our franchise owner's family in January 2017 when he was just 5 months old.  He and owner, Courtney, became a registered therapy animal team in January 2018.  Oliver brings so much joy to so many people with his sweet demeanor.  He's an amazing little fur baby who is sure to bring a smile to your face.
