 The need for in-home senior care services doesn't always arise between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on a weekday. That's why our team stands ready to serve you any day of the week, at any hour of the day or night. Eric Pucel, Franchise Owner

Eric Pucel, Franchise Owner Eric grew up in Joliet, IL.  In 1998, he joined the United States Coast Guard and went on to career in construction for a steel company.  Eric joined Home Instead Senior Care along side his wife, Courtney, in 2012.

Courtney Pucel, Franchise Owner

Courtney Pucel, Franchise Owner

Courtney holds a BS from Illinois State University and an M.Ed from DePaul University.  She grew up in New Lenox, IL and has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2004. 
"It is an honor to provide quality care to seniors throughout our community.  Everyday I get to work side by side with an Administrative Team that focuses on client and CAREGiver needs.  We have the common goal of providing seniors with quality CAREGivers who will assist in maintaining each client's integrity and diginity.  We do all that we can to give families peace of mind whether they are near or far.  It can be really daunting on a daughter / son / spouse over time when they become the primary caregiver for their loved one.  We put great emphasis on doing what we can, as the care provider, to help them maintain their role as a loved one.  We have a compassionate team in place that understands both personally and professionally what this means.  Daughters need to be daughters, sons need to be sons, and spouses need to maintain their role as husband or wife.  We are proud of what we do and continuously seek out the most compassionate people to carry out our mission; to enhance the lives of seniors and their families through trusted quality care and allowing every senior to age successfully."

Crystal, Home Care Consultant

​Crystal joined our team in 2017 as a CAREGiver.  Crystal was promoted in 2017 to Office Coordinator.  She has brought great value to our team and has grown within the organization.  From Office Coordinator, Crystal was promoted to Client Care Coordinator and her success in that role naturally progressed into her current role as Home Care Consultant.

As Home Care Consultant, Crystal is responsible for meeting with clients and families to build the best plan of care.  She is the face of Home Instead Senior Care in the community and works closely with our referral providers.  She builds partnerships with trusted resources in the community to better meet the needs of our clients.

Belle, Home Care Consultant

Belle, Home Care Consultant

Belle holds a Bachelor's Degree from Missouri State University and holds her Master's Degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Saint Mary.  She is involved in various community organizations including cub scout pack 28 and the area YMCA.  Prior to her role as Home Care Consultant, Belle has excelled in other roles within the Home Instead Senior Care organization.

As Home Care Consultant, Belle is responsible for meeting with clients and families to build the best plan of care.  She is the face of Home Instead Senior Care in the community and works closely with our referral providers.  She builds partnerships with trusted resources in the community to better meet the needs of our clients.  Belle is also a Certified Dementia Practioner.  As a CDP, she plays an essential role in the oversight of programs related to Alzheimer's and Dementia.

Sonya, Recruitment & Engagement Manager

Sonya, Recruitment & Engagement Manager

​Prior to joining our team of esteemed CAREGivers, Sonya was a CAREGiver with Pensacola, FL Home Instead Senior Care.  Sonya's level of professionalism and compassion along with her professional background in social services made her the right fit for the Lead CAREGiver role.

As Recruitment & Retention Manager, Sonya's focus is to ensure our team of CAREGiversSM consists of the most qualified caregivers in our community.  Her role within our local office is complimented by years of professional experience as well as her experience as a Home Instead Senior Care CAREGiver and Client Care Coordinator.  Ensuring CAREGivers are confidentally equipped with the skills needed to serve our clients and their families is Sonya's priority as Recruitment & Engagement Manager.  In addition, she strives to support our CAREGivers in upholding the high standards of Home Instead Senior Care.

Sonya is also a Certified Dementia Practioner.  As a CDP, Sonya is responisble for the oversight of programs realted to Alzheimer's and Dementia.  Sonya trains our CAREGivers in Alzheimer's and Other Dementias so that they can confidently meet the needs of our clients.

Kelly Ann, Recruitment Coordinator

Kelly Ann, Recruitment Coordinator

​Kelly Ann joined our team in 2018.  As Office Coordinator, Kelly Ann assists with daily operations with a primary focus on supporting the Recruitment Coordinator and Staffing Coordinator.

Prior to joining Home Instead Senior Care, Kelly Ann worked for many years in the banking industry.  She enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren (especially camping in the summer months).  Kelly Ann personally understands the needs of clients and family caregivers as she was fortunate to see her grandmother live to the age of 104.

As Recruitment Coordinator, Kelly Ann's focus is to ensure our team of CAREGiversSM consists of the most qualified caregivers in our community.  Kelly Ann screens and onboards all new CAREGivers.  She works closely with the Recruitment & Engagement Manager in ensuring CAREGivers are confidentally equipped with the skills needed to serve our clients and their families.  In addition, she strives to support our CAREGivers in upholding the high standards of Home Instead Senior Care.

Kellie, Service Manager

Kellie, Service Manager Kellie Kelly has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2007.  She has performed various roles on our Administrative Team over the years with her primary responsibility being scheduling.  In 2015, Kellie took a leave to care for a loved one.  We are happy to have welcomed her back in 2016 as her previous role of Service Coordinator.
 

As Service Manager, Kellie is responsible for overseeing client and CAREGiver schedules.  Kellie works with the Service Coordinator to ensure CAREGiver desired hours with the most compatible clients.  With a focus on client needs and CAREGiver attributes, she strives for continuity and client / CAREGiver compatibility.

Nerissa, Service Coordinator

Nerissa, Service Coordinator

​Nerissa joined our Home Instead Senior Care family as a CAREGiver in 2018.  It was in early 2019 when Nerissa inquired about completing an internship with us in the office for a class she was taking.  Soon our team realized Nerissa was a great fit to join the Administrative Team. 

As Service Coordinator, Nerissa works closely with Kellie to ensure client and CAREGiver scheduling needs are met while striving for the best matches and continuity.

Samantha, Office Coordinator

​Sam joined our team in 2020.  As Office Coordinator, Sam plays a crucial role in supporting each department throughout the organization.

Sam is the proud mom of a little boy and expecting a baby girl in August of 2020.
