  3. Cedarburg Home Care Agency Raises The Bar For Customer Service
Cedarburg Professional Caregivers

Home Instead Senior Care of Cedarburg, WI has taken their commitment to the highest quality home care available a step further.  “Customer service has always been a top priority, but with hiring anywhere from 1-5 CAREGivers each week from Ozaukee and Washington Counties, we wanted to ensure that each client has a consistent experience,” says Home Instead Executive Vice President, Jason Crane.  “To do that, we brought on a dedicated CAREGiver Trainer, MaryJo Tisdale, MS, who has a strong health and corporate training background. In addition to the strong fundamentals education we’ve provided, MaryJo will deliver even more evidence-based and ongoing training for our CAREGivers in the service areas requiring deeper skill sets.”

“Home Instead already had a strong training system in place, which is why they’re as reputable as they are for in home elderly care services in the Cedarburg area,” commented MaryJo, “by having the training be an ongoing learning practice, our CAREGivers will achieve a whole new level of capability, ensuring that they’re always aware of the latest practices, techniques and information that can help our clients.”

Ranking high on MaryJo’s training agenda are expanded training curriculum in Alzheimer’s Disease & Other Dementias and Hospice Care Support.

MaryJo has a Master of Science Degree (Management and Organizational Behavior) from Silver Lake College in Manitowoc, and a Bachelor of Science Degree (Community Health Education) from UW-La Crosse.  She is a licensed CNA, and most recently lead staff training and development efforts at Humana Insurance Company for over 13 years.
