Franchise Owner - Brandi Johnson

Brandi and her mother, Lynda Patriquin, launched Home Instead Senior Care on March 1, 2000.  For them, it is a win-win business - helping keep seniors in their homes as well as creating jobs for the people in our community who "just want to give back." She is an active, hands-on owner, and you will most likely see Brandi either in the office or out in the field.


Chris Parmelee - General Manager

Chris Parmelee - General Manager

Chris Parmelee joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in March 2015 as the General Manger of both the Rancho Cucamonga and Victorville offices. He provides leadership and management of all departments such as finance, staffing, human resources, client services and home care sales to provide the best care to our clients, ensuring that they are healthy, secure and comfortable in their own homes.


Debra Sharp - Recruitment & Retention Manager

Debra Sharp - Recruitment & Retention Manager

Debra came to Home Instead Senior Care in 2007, after caring for a disabled aunt for several years.  Having started as a CAREGiver herself, she knows exactly what to look for to find the most qualified and caring employees. She works closely with our Vocational Educator and Training Coordinator to make sure all CAREGivers are as educated and prepared as possible.


Doniesha Benton - Staffing Manager

Doniesha Benton - Staffing Manager

Doniesha has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2016, and she comes to us with 13 years of experience as a Coordinator with the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) Her main responsibility is to provide excellent service to our seniors by matching them with a compatible, caring and understanding CAREGiver. She also monitors, mediates and logs both client and CAREGiver activities to make sure we are providing quality care to our seniors. 


Erica Cruz - Human Resource Manager

Erica Cruz - Human Resource Manager

​Erica has joined the Home Instead Team in October of 2016. She has come to us with 5 years in customer service experience as well as previous schooling in Healthcare Administration. She is the face of Home Instead Senior Care because she is usually the first person a client or CAREGiver will see and talk to. 


Pam Reeves - Client Care Coordinator

Pam Reeves - Client Care Coordinator

Pam Reeves joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2008 as a caregiver. She has a true passion and love for our Seniors. After 4 years of being a caregiver she was promoted to the office staff where she works as our Client Care Coordinator. This allows her to closely monitor the care and needs of our Seniors. She believes taking care of our Seniors is her calling in life. While checking in on our Seniors she is also checking in with our caregivers to be sure they are happy and have all the tools they need to be successful at their job. 



Laura Raymond - Director of Staffing

Laura Raymond - Director of Staffing

Laura has worked for Home Instead Senior Care since 2009, first in Albuquerque, New Mexico and then in Rancho Cucamonga in 2015.  She is the supervisor for the Staffing and Quality Assurance Department. She conducts the quality assurance visits and oversees client concerns. She also works closely with our Vocational Educator to make sure all our employees are as educated and prepared as possible.


Nicole Herd - Sales Inquiry Specialist

Nicole Herd - Sales Inquiry Specialist

Nicole joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in January of 2015. Due to her excellent customer service skills, she’s the main point of contact with potential clients and their families. She works closely with Pam in setting up appointments for services and quality assurance visits.


Sharon Jones - Home Care Consultant

Sharon Jones - Home Care Consultant

Sharon joined Home Instead in 2016 as our Sales & Marketing Coordinator for both the Rancho and Victorville Offices. She is out in the community building relationships and marketing new business for Home Instead Senior Care. Sharon also works hand in hand with the Training department to host free public workshops and support groups throughout the community. 


Kathy Torres - Quality Assurance Representative

Kathy Torres - Quality Assurance Representative

​Kathy has many years of experience with caring for clients, from young to old, as a medical assistant and she also has been schooled as a LVN. You will always find a smile on her face since she is doing what she loves. She started working with Home Instead Senior Care in September of 2015 as a caregiver and she quickly became a Team Leader that assisted and mentored new caregivers. Kathy most recently moved into the office as a Quality Assurance Representative with the Victorville office. Her core responsibilities are to assist the Staffing Manager with Clients and Caregivers needs to ensure they provide the best outcome(s) for both.


Kaitlyn Yeoman - Administrative Assistant

Kaitlyn Yeoman - Administrative Assistant

​Kaitlyn has come to Home Instead after working with senior population at assisted facility.  She has years of background experience with customer service.  Kaitlyn is the face of Home Instead because she is the first-person clients and CAREGivers speak to when they call the office or stop by in person! As administrative assistant, she is bringing her friendly, warm, and inviting personality to the Home Instead family.


Karla Batista - Staffing Coordinator

Karla Batista - Staffing Coordinator

​Karla started as a CAREGiver with Home Instead and was promoted to Staffing Coordinator.  She brings her very caring and compassionate personality to the company and enjoys making everybody happy.  She believes that we should always give our best no matter what.  With more than 10 years of customer service experience, she works under the supervision of Staffing Manager Doniesha assisting clients and CAREGivers in their staffing needs to ensure all their staffing needs are met and exceed expectations.


Jolene Loudermilk - On Call Staffing Manager

Jolene Loudermilk - On Call Staffing Manager

​Jolene Loudermilk is the On Call Manager for both the Rancho Cucamonga and Victorville offices, and has been with Home Instead since March of 2016. She is the primary point of contact if a CAREGiver or client has an emergency after hours or over the weekend. Jolene is a valuable source of information, and she is always happy to help if you have questions or concerns. In addition to her work with Home Instead, she is also a former EMT, regularly volunteers for the Alzheimer's Association, and is very active in her daughter's church and school activities.
