Franchise Owner - Brandi Johnson

Brandi and her mother, Lynda Patriquin, launched Home Instead Senior Care on March 1, 2000.  For them, it is a win-win business - helping keep seniors in their homes as well as creating jobs for the people in our community who "just want to give back." She is an active, hands-on owner, and you will most likely see Brandi either in the office or out in the field.


Chris Parmelee - General Manager

Chris Parmelee - General Manager

Chris Parmelee joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in March 2015 as the General Manger of both the Rancho Cucamonga and Victorville offices. He provides leadership and management of all departments such as finance, staffing, human resources, client services and home care sales to provide the best care to our clients, ensuring that they are healthy, secure and comfortable in their own homes.


Nicole Herd - Service Inquiry Specialist

Nicole Herd - Service Inquiry Specialist

Nicole joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in January of 2015. Due to her excellent customer service skills, she is the main point of contact for potential clients and their families. She listens to their needs and answers their questions. Ultimately, she schedules appointments for Client Care Coordinator to go out and meet with the family in person for a free consultation. Nicole truly enjoys talking to families that call in and being able to offer a solution to the issues they are facing with their aging loved ones. 


Pam Reeves - Client Care Coordinator

Pam Reeves - Client Care Coordinator

Pam Reeves joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2008 as a caregiver. She has a true passion and love for our Seniors. After 4 years of being a caregiver she was promoted to the office staff where she works as our Client Care Coordinator. This allows her to closely monitor the care and needs of our Seniors. She believes taking care of our Seniors is her calling in life. While checking in on our Seniors she is also checking in with our caregivers to be sure they are happy and have all the tools they need to be successful at their job. 



Cynthia Vasquez - Marketing Specialist

Cynthia Vasquez - Marketing Specialist

Cynthia joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2015 as a CAREGiver before being promoted into the office full time.  As our Marketing Specialist it is her responsibility to plan, create and share content that represents Home Instead Senior Care's values and Brand. 


Erin Riddle - Home Care Consultant

Erin Riddle - Home Care Consultant

​Erin Riddle is the Home Care Consultant servicing the San Bernardino Mountains Communities. She has a true passion for the elderly and is an advocate for persons with special needs. Through her vast experience, involvement and knowledge of the many organizations, healthcare providers, and locale, she has the skill sets and experience to compliment the Home Instead Team. She appreciates working with talented, dedicated people and organizations as they define and put into action solutions for community issues. In addition to her work with Home Instead, Erin has been a Bear Valley resident since 1981 and along with her husband Chris, raised their two sons and is actively involved in the local community.


Erica Camacho - Human Resource Manager

Erica Camacho - Human Resource Manager

Erica joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in October of 2016. She has come to us with 5 years in customer service experience as well as previous schooling in Healthcare Administration.  She oversees and handles both billing and payroll questions and/or concerns clients and CAREGivers may have for both the Rancho Cucamonga and Victorville offices.  Call Erica if you have any general questions, and she will be happy to help you find the answer!


Doniesha Benton - Staffing Manager

Doniesha Benton - Staffing Manager

Doniesha has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2016, and she comes to us with 13 years of experience as a Coordinator with the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) Her main responsibility is to provide excellent service to our seniors by matching them with a compatible, caring and understanding CAREGiver. She also monitors, mediates and logs both client and CAREGiver activities to make sure we are providing quality care to our seniors. 


Debra Sharp - Recruitment & Retention Manager

Debra Sharp - Recruitment & Retention Manager

Debra came to Home Instead Senior Care in 2007, after caring for a disabled aunt for several years.  Having started as a CAREGiver herself, she knows exactly what to look for to find the most qualified and caring employees. She works closely with our Vocational Educator and Training Coordinator to make sure all CAREGivers are as educated and prepared as possible.


Kaitlyn Yeoman - Universal Staffing Coordinator

Kaitlyn Yeoman - Universal Staffing Coordinator

Kaitlyn has come to Home Instead after working with senior population at assisted facility.  She has years of background experience with customer service. As a Universal Staffing Coordinator, Kaitlyn Backs up our staffing departments both in Rancho and Victorville.


Jolene Loudermilk - On Call Staffing Manager

Jolene Loudermilk - On Call Staffing Manager

​Jolene Loudermilk is the On Call Manager for both the Rancho Cucamonga and Victorville offices, and has been with Home Instead since March of 2016. She is the primary point of contact if a CAREGiver or client has an emergency after hours or over the weekend. Jolene is a valuable source of information, and she is always happy to help if you have questions or concerns. In addition to her work with Home Instead, she is also a former EMT, regularly volunteers for the Alzheimer's Association, and is very active in her daughter's church and school activities.


Andrew Casas - Quality Assurance

Andrew Casas - Quality Assurance

Andrew joined Home Instead Senior Care in August of 2019. He performs in-home visits to clients and their families to ensure that all the client's needs are met and safety inspections are performed accordingly. During home visits, he also updates the plan of care, if needed and provides support to the family and caregivers. Andrew is also certified as an EMT, CPR, FIRST AID/AED, and Residential Inspections. Andrew was also a caregiver for his grandmother and mother for several years. Andrew is very grateful for the opportunity to fulfil his calling in senior care.​


Tabrina Garrett - Administrative Assistant

Tabrina Garrett - Administrative Assistant

Tabrina Garrett joined the Home Instead Team in September 2019. She is the first face you will see when visiting the Victorville office and the first voice you will hear when you call in. She has 20 plus years experience in Medical Billing/Claims along with a Private Practice Office Management in the High Desert. With this experience Tabrina truly shines in providing excellent customer service to each CAREGiver, Client and family. She also enjoys working with local Outreach Programs in the community.
