Dear Home Instead,

Thank you for the wonderful care given my Mom (and Dad!) during Mom’s illness. Without your help we would not have been able to
bring Mom home and spend the last precious days with her
before her passing. That is a gift beyond measure. A special
thank you to Catherine, Nikki, Betty, Marie, Linda and Rachel.

May God richly bless all who cared for Mom---as you so richly blessed our family.

I was totally comfortable leaving Mom in their care. Assigning staff who worked well with Mom was highly effective and beneficial. Mom looked forward to "my friends" visits. Their presence and level of care increased her quality of life. I could not have asked for anything more - highly skilled, compassionate, understanding, doing more than required, socialization skills suggesting alternatives in care, and offering support to me. I will be forever grateful to Home Instead, each staff for providing quality care and service to Mom and me during such a difficult time. - Barbara in Roanoke

"Every caregiver we have had has been fantastic with mama. We love the flexibility it allows us to get away for a few hours each week."

"Dependable, flexible when life happens. Caring employees."

"I really appreciate that we are all respected and appreciated. Also, they equip us so that we can serve the senior community with love, respect, and professional care."

"Home Instead could not have been more cooperative; they could not have been nicer. The lady that came here to the house was very, very nice. She got along very well with us. It's just my husband got to the point that there was very little that we could do. He was so resistant of everything that was being done. And that of course was not the lady's fault. This agency was just with us a short while. Had I known about them earlier, I think they could have helped me out a great deal but I just didn't know about them. By the time I did get them, my husband had deteriorated in such a level that he needed memory care. "
