Gisela, the President and owner of our company, has always dreamed of having a small business of her own. Not just any business however, but one that made a difference. One day, while listening to a report on NPR about the aging baby boomer population she saw the opportunity to marry her two passions, business and caring for seniors. Gisela does not take for granted the fact that our customers are allowing us to come into their homes. Having an aging mother herself for whom she cares for personally, she knows firsthand the concerns her clients face and is quick to address them. Constant and open communication is key. "The main thing we do is listen", she affirms. Gisela is certified by The Society of Certified Senior Advisors. She is married, has two daughters, and four grandchildren.
Gigi coordinates our CAREGivers schedules and assigns them according to our client's preferences and needs. Gigi is a natural people person, driven to help others, especially after the passing of her father. As she cared for her father, her interest in the medical field and providing support for ailing seniors grews. She worked in the cardiology department at Physicians Regional Medical Center in Naples, Florida with Dr. Maurice Schneider, and later became the office manager for cardiologist Dr. Mouhannad Dalao in Naples. She has two children and is proud grandmother of six beautiful grandchildren.

Always with a broad smile and a caring demeanor, Gabriel is dedicated to improving the lives of all his clients and works towards building a company culture of goodwill and service above self. Thanks to Gabriel's efforts the "Be a Santa to a Senior" non-profit program has become a fixture for the past ten years at the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce's Annual Holiday Party. He is also active on the local committee of the Alzheimer's Association of South Florida and the Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of South Miami. "The look of surprise on a senior's face when they receive an unexpected gift with their name on it continues to inspire." Gabriel is married and has two young boys.
"I am continually struck by the professionalism, high level of caring and exemplary caregivers that I have met from Home Instead. My mom couldn't live without them, and neither could I.
