"I am happy with Home Instead's caregivers. They have been very nice. My husband doesn't have any problem with them whatsoever, and I haven't had any issues at all with scheduling. The billing is monthly. There's been a mix-up a couple different times with the schedule that I wasn't aware of, but it wasn't a big deal.
