Kunwar is a compassionate believer in the Home Instead Senior Care people and culture. He ventures to bring the best in senior care to the Hightstown area community. Outside of work, Kunwar enjoys traveling with family, trying new cuisines and competing in triathlons.
Cindy was born in New York, and moved to Miami, Florida when she was 3 years old. Growing up in Miami increased Cindy’s love for the outdoors and enjoying life’s natural beauties. She loves going to the beach, snorkeling, fishing, jet skiing, hiking, and biking. In 2003, she completed her Bachelors at Florida University with a BA in Psychology. Shortly thereafter she started her family. Her two kids are now 13, and 11 years old. These two have kept her very busy. In her spare time, she also volunteered at schools helping children in lower social economic areas. Children at the school had a variety of backgrounds ranging from mental health disorder to mental disabilities. In 2011 Cindy moved to Freehold, NJ. She took a break from work to get her children adjusted to living in a new State for a couple of years. In 2013, she began to look for work and stumbled upon a position at Home Instead Senior Care as a receptionist. She was promoted to recruiter, and then in 2016 she became the office manager. In 2018 Cindy is projected to receive her Masters in Arts from Seton Hall University. She likes to keep busy and enjoys being part of the community and a team. Working at Home Instead she can utilize her skills and knowledge to bring awareness of early interventions while also providing empathy and compassion. Cindy’s goal is to be able to help provide not only excellent physical care for our seniors, but to also to be a support system!
Dawn always wanted to
serve those in need, which inclined her to be a nurse from a very young age.
She has worked in a hospital for more than 20 years and transitioned into home
care in past couple of years. She is married for last 20 years and has five
beautiful children, who continue to amaze her every day. She loves to stay
active and spend time outdoors. She also loves to sing and dance in her car!
Carole joined the Hightstown, Home Instead Senior Care team in 2009 as a Companion CAREGiver. She held several positions at the company over the years: Quality Assurance Specialist, Human Resource Assistant and now Recruitment & Retention Coordinator. Prior to moving to Mercer County, she lived in North Jersey and worked in dental Industry. Being a senior herself, she emphasizes with our customers and understands their needs to help recruit the right caregivers. Other than work, she loves spending time with her three children and five grandchildren whenever the busy schedules allow! She is an ardent Yankee fan and loves going to New York city and beautiful Cape May.
Ludwig Salazar was born and raised in New York City until relocating to New Jersey in May 2017 at which time he began working for Home Instead Senior Care. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Binghamton University and has 8 years of experience providing care and counseling in a group home setting. Ludwig utilizes his previous experiences and education to ensure that each client has the best caregiver for their individualized care. He enjoys building relationships with caregivers, clients and family members. He is a huge NY sports fan and enjoys going to NY Mets and NY Giants games whenever he has a chance. He also enjoys spending time with his family and grilling outdoors when the weather is cooperative.
