​​Veronica Singh is a compassionate and caring leader who is very involved with our clients and their families.  After working with patients in the dental industry for over 25 years and starting her own mobile dental business for seniors in skilled nursing and rehab facilities, Veronica decided to join the Home Instead Senior Care family in order to make even more of an impact in the lives of seniors.  

Her enthusiasm and positive attitude paired with a "caring-first" philosophy has created an environment where every client, caregiver and office staff member at Home Instead is treated like family. 

Veronica has a long career in caring. Having managed multiple dental offices, worked one-on-one with patients, delivered care to seniors in nursing homes, she is uniquely qualified to lead our team to deliver the best quality in home care.

Nick has found an important need to serve his community and to help seniors live at their will and with respect.​ From humble beginnings, Nick has stayed grounded and has long maintained strong family values. 

Continually learning from hospitals, nurses, doctors, nursing facilities, social services, and caregivers throughout Southern California, Nick truly understands there is much room for growth and improvement in the area of senior care and he wants to lead Home Instead Senior Care – Coastal Orange County to become the leading high-quality care for seniors.

Nick has many years of personal family caregiving experience as he cared for his father during challenging times​. He harbors a strong respect for seniors and truly understands what it is like to care for a parent and grandparent. Providing quality care and peace of mind to families is his number one goal. 

Nick was previously the President of Engaged Media, Inc. where he lead approximately 100 employees. Nick is keen in developing cultures and organizations and delivers high-quality customer service on a consistent basis.

​Nick has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Management with an emphasis in Marketing from University of Redlands.   


Aileen Johns – Office Manager / Executive Assistant

Aileen brings years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Customer Service to the Home Instead team. Her skills in project management, organization and communication contribute to our meticulous hiring and to the comprehensive training of our office staff and CAREGivers. Aileen is also credited with the smooth running of our day to day operations here at the Home Instead office. 

Having previously worked as an Activities Director for a skilled nursing facility, Aileen is aware of the distinctions of elder care and promotes fun, healthy and engaging activities to our senior clients. 


Debora Kochanowski - Client Care Manager

As Client Care Manager, Debbie specializes in Quality Assurance and conducts all CAREgiver training here at Home Instead Costa Mesa. Her 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse make her especially qualified to train CAREgivers in techniques and care methods that are best for caring for seniors. 

In addition to training our CAREgivers Debbie also assesses our clients, monitors their progress, and creates and implements personalized care plans that fit their physical, mental, social and emotional needs. Debbie is the caring link between clients and caregivers and ensures the coordination and deliverance of quality care. 

Debbie says that visiting clients on quality assurance visits is her favorite part of the job because she sees first-hand the impact Home Instead has on quality of life.

By taking into account clients' care needs, care goals, and personality, she matches them with caregivers that have the right experience and personality to provide the very best care for your loved one.

​As Client Care Coordinator, Lena meets with families to offer guidance, share knowledge and provide resources as they navigate the spectrum of senior care options. When you become a client with us, your Client Care Coordinator remains your point of contact and will help ensure you are always receiving the best care for your loved one. At Home Instead Costa Mesa, we make sure you are covered with a qualified team of caregivers, as well as a Client Care Coordinator who helps to lead your caregiver team and provide the best quality care.

As Home Care Consultant, Vanessa  helps guide families through the senior care process. In addition to understanding the potential value of home care for a family, she is also very knowledgeable about the resources available in our local community and the many options available other than in-home care. ​​
