Steve Ajmeri - Franchise Owner

​Steve is no stranger to care giving, as he owned and operated a vocational training school that trained caregivers and nursing assistants. With years of healthcare experience, Steve is prepared to make a difference and influence others the way he was when caregivers took care of his mother.

Steve has put procedures in place and provided training to team members to ensure clients receive the highest level of compassionate care.

In his free time, Steve enjoys swimming, tennis and movies.



Melissa Tatarsky, Client Care Coordinator

Melissa Tatarsky, Client Care Coordinator

​Melissa is responsible for taking client service inquiries, preparing client care plans and introducing newly assigned caregivers to clients. She will continue to stay in touch with the client and caregiver to make sure it's a smooth transition and will visit with clients on an ongoing basis to monitor any changes in client care needs. She will update the care plan as the client needs change. She was involved in providing care for her own mother and understands the importance of preparing a care plan that meets the needs of loved ones. She lives in Yardley and her hobbies include volunteering activities, travel, hiking and camping.


Miranda Wells, Office Coordinator

Miranda Wells, Office Coordinator

​Miranda's role as Office Coordinator involves carrying out all office admin responsibilites as well as supporting the recruiting and scheduling departments. She came with extensive background in recruiting and scheduling in different industries. She has an Associates Degree from Bucks County Community College, which included courses in Psychology and Interpersonal Communication. She was inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success in 2017 and in her spare time enjoys playing volleyball and painting.


Rabia Ajmeri, CNA, Client Care Coordinator

Rabia Ajmeri, CNA, Client Care Coordinator

​Rabia is a Certified Nursing Assistant and is part of the Client Care Team to ensure quality standards are being met and to provide ongoing training to our caregivers. She comes with several years of caregiving experience, including homecare, assisted living facility and, most recently, as a Nursing Assistant at St Peter’s University Hospital. She understands the importance of keeping our caregivers well trained to ensure the highest level of compassionate care. She lives with her husband and daughter in Levittown.


Ivette Espaillat, Recruitment Coordinator

Ivette Espaillat, Recruitment Coordinator

​Ivette is a Medical Assistant with experience working for a doctor’s office as well as working in assisted living and in the homecare industry for three years. She comes with experience in recruiting and scheduling caregivers and is a welcome addition to the team. She is continuing her education and is planning to complete her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management in 2018. With her background in the medical profession and experience in assisted living and homecare, she is able to understand client concerns and caregiver needs. She has recently moved to Levittown and likes to listen to music in her spare time.


Joan Hardy, CNA, Service Coordinator

Joan Hardy, CNA, Service Coordinator

Joan's position involves scheduling caregivers and assigning them to clients. She listens to both caregivers and clients in order to ensure the best matching of skills and personalities so they are compatible. Joan joined us in 2003 as a caregiver and became an inspiration to other caregivers with her sensitivity and creative care ideas. She was promoted to the Service Coordinator position in 2008 and also supports the Client Care Team.
