Lisa Rabito - Franchise Owner

Nothing means more to Home Instead Senior Care franchise owner Lisa Rabito than family. The New Orleans-area native is surrounded by a close-knit, loving family that includes husband Mark, sons Matthew and Christian, and daughter Laura. 

Every member of Lisa’s family has embraced a benevolent career that involves helping others. Lisa, who grew up in a warm family setting and graduated Mount Carmel Academy, is a Louisiana State University grad. 

Lisa has another family. It is the Home Instead Senior Care staff and CAREGivers, as well as the Metairie franchise’s clients and their families. Lisa’s Home Instead family has served the Orleans and Jefferson Parishes for nearly 20 years. “For me,” Lisa firmly said, “everything is about relationships. With strong family ties, you have an authentic count-on-me stability, dignity, respect and help when it’s requested. Everything about Home Instead is like family to us.”

Monique Dieudonne - Administrative Assistant

I am a Louisiana transplant, originally from Maryland. I came to this great state as an undergraduate student at Xavier in 2008. After finding an amazing church home, I began to get involved with the community and appreciate its unique culture. As the years went on, my love of the area was solidified so I decided to stay in New Orleans after I graduated. I first joined the Home Instead family working part-time, which quickly changed to full-time, as a CAREGiver. I currently have the pleasure of not only working as a CAREGiver, but also as the Office Coordinator. I'm grateful to be a part of a company that is truly making a difference, and I look forward for all that is to come.

Sarah Breisacher - Human Resources Specialist

I received my Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Education from Louisiana State University. GEAUX TIGERS! I always had an interest in healthcare so this position is the best of both worlds- utilizing my degree and learning every day about the field.  I LOVE going on intro's and being able to witness the client's and CAREGiver's learn to work together.  It brings me joy being able to talk with the CAREGiver's every day and learn about our clients. When I'm not at work, I love to cook and exercise.  I wake up every day at 4:45 am to start my day with a good work out.  This helps clear my head and get my day started before coming to the office.  I am currently studying to take my SHRM-CP (Society of Human Resouces Management- Certified Professional) exam in May.  I hope to learn and utilize more skills once I have this test under my belt.

Jennifer Brown - Service Coordinator

I have been in this field for a very short 3 years. Being a part of this opportunity to help make an impact on the aging community has opened my eyes and opened my heart to so much. In the role of Staffing Coordinator, every day I am greeted with such gratitude from our clients and families for our caregivers and the work they do. I love being behind the scenes because I get to see and hear about it all. The opportunity to find such wonderful and charismatic CAREGivers to change the lives of our aging community is the best thing. Nothing has warmed my heart more than being a part of this fabulous team. I am currently working on obtaining my Cosmetology license from Vanguard College of Cosmetology, A Paul Mitchell Partner School Metairie. When not at work or school you can find me with my wonderful husband Micah and our 3 fur babies doing something with arts and craft.

Amy Findorff - Staffing Admin Assistant

I have been with Home Instead for four years now. I first started out as a CAREGiver, and I loved being able to help our clients and family members. Helping the senior community has always been a personal passion of mine. I then moved into my new role as Staffing Admin Assistant for a year now. The best part of my job would have to be forming great relationships with our seniors and their families. I was also raised by my grandparents and they are my true inspiration and a big reason why I love what I do! I was born and raised in St. Bernard parish and reside there with my wonderful husband and a beautiful 5-year-old daughter.

Linda DeSue - CAREGiver Education

I have been a registered nurse for over 50 years and have loved every minute of it.  I have worked in hospitals and long term care.  Caring for our older population enables me to connect with events that occurred in history because they were a part of it.  

Growing up in Pittsburgh, PA, I am part of a legacy of blue-collar hard-working individuals.  Go Steelers!!  As the oldest of 10 children, I have been a caregiver for my whole life.

I am fairly new to the healthcare industry but working in senior care has truly touched my heart. Christian Rabito – Marketing Director

I have been in marketing for over 5 years now at Home Instead. One of my favorite parts of this job is educating our referral providers and community partners not only about Home Instead but also about various senior-related topics like holistic aging, dementia, and preventing hospitalization. I love my current role as Marketing Director because I get to think of creative ways to communicate our message and ever-evolving industry with my fantastic marketing team. I am a husband to my wonderful wife Katie, the father of two cats, and an avid Saints and LSU fan. I graduated from Jesuit High School, then received my undergraduate degree at LSU, and finally graduated from Loyola with my MBA.

Fay Kelting – CAREGiver Development Coordinator

​I have been the Caregiver Educator for almost 7 years.  I train new Caregivers as well as do the continuing education for our existing Caregivers.  One of the favorite parts of my job is meeting new caregivers that have joined our team. Since we all have different personalities it really keeps it fresh and interesting.  In training, I cover the Aging Process, Safety, and Building Relationships.  My goal is to give them as much knowledge as I can in order to give our clients the best possible care.  I have a degree in Mass Communication, I am an avid nature and animal lover and I love to spend as much time as I can in the woods and mountains. Most important is that I am the mother of 3 wonderful and successful children and grandmother to the most awesome grandson anyone could have.

I have been with Home Instead since 2012.  Being a client care coordinator means I get to relieve stress in family's lives.  Connecting wonderful CAREGivers with clients and witnessing clients feel safer with a higher quality of life is incredibly fulfilling. It is also rewarding to provide client's loved ones with peace of mind knowing their loved one is spending time with someone that cares about them every day.  My active 2-year-old daughter and amazing husband live in New Orleans, a very big lifestyle change from rural South Carolina!  I received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina in Psychology.  I love the challenge of using communication skills every day to ensure clients and their loved ones are confident in their decision to choose Home Instead Senior Care.  Scarlet Raven Photography (34 of 48).jpg

Elaine Cucinello – CAREGiver Liaison

I am the Caregiver Liaison for Home Instead Metairie office.  My passion is taking care of people and seeing them happy.  In my personal life, my husband, Gary, and I have two daughters and six grandchildren.  I love doing things with my family, and that includes things like playing board games, boating, fishing, crabbing, cooking or just hanging out. 

My passion carries over into my professional life because I want to see our Seniors have the best quality of life possible in their later years.  The same goes for our Caregivers…I want them to be happy doing what they do, and to have the best tools possible in order to properly take care of our Seniors.  I try my best to resolve any concerns that the Caregivers may have, and to show that they are appreciated by thanking them and rewarding them for a job well done.

I've been told by people that they can tell that I really care about the work that I do.  I guess when you're doing something that you love, it shows!  I think the fact that I have a lot of empathy and compassion for people helps.

I also love my church family!  I volunteer one Sunday a month right now, but when I have more time in the future, I plan on being more involved.

I have been a Client Care Coordinator with Home Instead for a little over a year now. Before that, I was in the medical field for 6 years. I have always had a passion for helping others, especially our seniors.

It makes me happy to be able to provide our clients and their families with the care and tools they need. My goal is to help our clients, their loved ones & our CAREgivers make in-home care as comfortable & stress-free as possible during this time in their lives, no matter what the circumstance. I love having the opportunity to witness the beautiful relationship that is built between our clients & wonderful CAREgivers! It is such a gift to be a part of this Home Instead Family! When I am not at work, I am at home or hanging outdoors with my amazing Husband and our two fur-babies!

Being a boy mom and knowing the importance of family are important aspects of life for Lynne-Marie. I started working for Home Instead in 2014 in the Staffing Office, building relationships with clients and CAREGivers. When I became a Client Care Coordinator- it changed my life. Getting to share stories with our Seniors is the best part of my day! Having families know they can trust us to care for their loved one when they cannot be there is the icing on the cake.  I get to interact with our clients and CAREGivers in so many ways and share in successes and in sorrow.  I helped care for my own grandparents growing up and use what I learned from them to live my life to the fullest. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of New Orleans. I live in Harahan with my husband and 2 sons.

I've been in the Home Care Consultant role for almost 3 years now. When I first entered into this role, I had no clue how much my life would change, and that all of the insightful information about seniors would apply to my life in such a personal way. I was raised by my grandparents and through this role, I've been blessed enough to walk this new phase of their life with them, as well as helping to educate them on what's out there for seniors. Along with being able to present topical information to healthcare professionals, I also get to use my gifts in photography, video and social media to serve Home Instead. I'm also the adoring mother of three cute pups, I enjoy helping out with rescue centers and must have my hot cup of tea every morning.

I started with Home Instead Senior Care 4 years ago and I truly enjoy every minute of it. Caring for our seniors brings so much joy to my life. I love knowing I can make a difference in theirs. I received my degree in nursing from Charity School of Nursing and before that, I was a certified Horticulturist for the state of Louisiana. My joke to everyone is that I can save a human and a plant at the same time. My role at Home Instead Senior Care is to make sure our seniors get everything they need. I am an advocate with our CAREGivers for our seniors when they and their families help. I am a mother to two wonderful teenage boys and a bonus parent to my beautiful stepdaughters. My goal in life is to make everyone laugh.

At this stage of life, the most important thing to me is to make a difference in others' lives.  I spent 15 years as a social worker.  I then had the privilege of being a stay home mom for 10 years. During that time I cared for several elderly family members. I really enjoyed it!

When I returned to the workforce, I was very fortunate, to come to work at Home Instead Senior Care in 2000. It was a perfect fit, using my social work skills and working with the elderly.
