Lisa Rabito - Franchise Owner


Christian Rabito – Marketing Director

Christian has been with Home Instead since 2007. He has had various positions from CAREGiver, billing, recruiting and hiring of our CAREGivers, Community Service Representative and now is Director or Marketing. Debe Kincl – Director of Quality Care

Barbara Clinton – Director of Client and Family Education

​Barbara has been with Home Instead since 2006. She loves meeting our seniors and setting up services to assist them in living as independently as possible. Barb also teaches our family Alzheimer’s and Dementia training classes. Barb can be reached at barbara.clinton@homeinstead.com



Blenda Miles – Account Specialist

​Blenda is a wife, a mother of 2 grown children, a daughter, and a sister, so she truly understands the importance of relationships. With over 30 years in the accounting field, Blenda merges her values in family and her gift in accounting to give heart to numbers! Blenda can be reached at blenda.miles@homeinstead.com



Fay Kelting – CAREGiver Development Specialist

​Fay is a New Orleans native. She spent many years living in various places, but found her way back to the crescent city. Fay believes strongly that you should never stop learning. Amy Perry – Client Care Manager

Elaine Cucinello – CAREGiver Liason

​Elaine was born in New Orleans where she resides with her husband.  They have 2 grown daughters and 6 grandchildren, whom they enjoy very much.  Family is very important to Elaine, her own father lived to be 101 years old, with her being one of his primary caregivers.
