Sandy Hull - President of Operations

Sandy Hull - President of Operations Sandy Hull, Baton Rouge General Manager, has been an RN for 30+ years and is a Certified Care Manager.  Working in nursing homes, assisted living and retirement communities, Sandy often heard seniors comment, "There's no place like home."  As a result, she is committed and passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of seniors in the community, helping the people you love remain in their own homes as they age.  Sandy can be reached directly at shull@homeinsteadla.net.

E.V. Wallace - Executive Director

E.V. Wallace - Executive Director

​E.V. brings 15+ years' experience in multiple facets of the senior living industry to her role at Home Instead, including service as Executive Director at an assisted living community.  A Baton Rouge native, E.V.  has previously served Home Instead in a variety of capacities, and is now returning "home to Home Instead" as Executive Director to make a difference for families like yours.  Because she has a deep understanding of the intricacies of aging as well as practical experience helping families, she is uniquely able to empower and guide her team to underpin successful aging in place for you and your loved ones.  You can contact E.V. directly at ev.wallace@homeinsteadla.net.


Adriann Griffith - Director of Community Education

Adriann Griffith - Director of Community Education

Jane Landry has served as the Billing and Office Manager for Home Instead Senior Care since 2010.  With more than 20 years’ experience in the finance field, she enjoys utilizing her business knowledge to foster great relationships between families and the office team. Jane recognizes the importance of the service Home Instead provides to our clients and loves that every day we make a difference in people’s lives. Kashunda Lenoir - HR Director

Kashunda Lenoir - HR Director

With her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Nicole has always worked in the helping profession. Manny Boudreaux - Training Expert

Manny Boudreaux - Training Expert

Manny Bourdreaux is the in house training expert for Home Instead Senior Care. A committed employee, Manny feels he was just made to help people learn. Being the strong, silent type, his training focus is "hands on," demonstrating techniques to CAREGivers, rather than lecturing. He is always the first person at the office in the morning and the last to leave--begging the question "does he ever go home?" The staff would literally have to drag him from the training room. Because of this uncompromising dependability--he has never missed a training class--and his consistent involvement in the office, he is the perfect choice to blog about what goes on at HISC.
