It’s difficult to gather the family together and plan for a sit-down, Sunday dinner. We’re all busy working and taking care of our families, and the thought of hosting a family dinner is daunting.

Home Instead Senior Care’s network created the Sunday Dinner Pledge, which urges families to bring back the tradition of eating meals together. Through this program, the Home Instead team created a variety of meal preparation plans, along with shopping lists and recipes to make your busy lives easier.

Nutrition and health are key, but the Sunday Dinner Pledge also stresses the important of bonding with your family members, especially your senior loved ones. This important activity is a great opportunity to strengthen family bonds and bring a new meaning to your dining experience.

If you’re senior loved one lives alone and needs a companion to share their Sunday Dinner experience with, consider hiring one of our wonderful CAREGivers. They can also prepare healthy meals to further assist your loved ones. Read more: homeinstead.com/324
