Home Care Quality Assurance Visits Rancho Cucamonga

Here at Home Instead Senior Care, we believe that we can't fix a problem unless we know there IS a problem. Our number one goal is to provide our clients with the best care at home possible, and we don't stop until they are satisfied and comfortable. That's why we conduct regular quality assurance visits with our clients and their families.

To us, true quality assurance means more than just a quick phone call every few months. We want to make sure both our clients and CAREGivers are doing well and thriving. This involves several steps along the way:

  • 24 hour call - This call is made no more than 24 hours after your first shift with Home Instead. We want to make sure your CAREGiver did an amazing job and that everything went smoothly.
  • 2 weeks - Our Quality Assurance manager will call and set up a good time to come out for an assessment. They will update your plan of care, and make sure all pertinent information is in the client care journal. They will also do a home safety check, as needed.
  • Quarterly home visits - Your QA Manager will be calling and coming by to see how everything is going on a regular basis. No matter where you live - Victorville, Upland, or Rancho Cucamonga - our Quality Assurance team will always be able to come out to your home, at your convenience.
  • As Needed - If there is ever a client concern or CAREGiver issue, all you need to do is pick up the phone! We can come out whenever there may be a potential problem. Your happiness is our goal!

The best way to prevent problems is to establish great communication from the beginning. Feel free to reach out to our office if you ever have a question or concern.
