People tend to hide emotions they feel are negative. But they’re just as natural as emotions like joy and love. It can be both stressful and dangerous to your health to keep negative emotions buried inside.
What to focus on instead: While it’s true that too much negativity can be toxic to those around you, it’s important that you have a safe outlet for those emotions.
