Debi Bryant holds a BA in Communication Studies from UNC- Wilmington.  Her background includes more than 18 years of marketing and sales experience in the senior and healthcare industries.  In her role as a Home Care Consultant, she relies on her many years of volunteer experience in the Piedmont and her connections in the healthcare community to serve as an educational resource to our clients.  Debi is an active member of Triad Retirement Living Association (TRLA) as well as Guilford Medical and Dental Managers (GMDM) ​association. 

I consider it a privilege to have the opportunity to arrange for services that allow seniors to remain safely in their own home, while providing peace of mind for their family and friends."

Andy Womack holds a BS in Sociology from Western Carolina University and MS in Leadership from Mountain State University. She comes to Home Instead with 15 years' experience as a Social Worker including working in long term care and rehabilitation facilities. Her background has afforded her the knowledge to understand the challenges faced by both the healthcare professionals and families who are seeking care.

Janet Monastra holds a BS in Management from Guilford College.  In her role as Inquiry Specialist, Janet is the first point of contact for clients and family members who want to learn about Home Instead.  She brings over 15 years of customer service management experience to this role and has made it a point to learn about businesses in the local healthcare community to be a resource for callers as well.  In her role as Office Manager, Janet uses her administrative and organizational skills to keep the office running smoothly for her co-workers.
