Tim Vasconcellos found the need for reliable, trustworthy home care first hand when his wife's Grandmother began feeling uncomfortable living at home. Tasks like taking laundry up and down the basement stairs, hauling garbage to the curb, and driving to Doctor appointments across town became a burden.
Tim knew that his Grandmother wanted to remain in the home she had lived in since the end of WWII. She just needed some assistance. His quest to help find her reliable, trustworthy home care led him to Home Instead Senior Care. He was so impressed with the organization that he was inspired to open his own office on Cincinnati's West Side, and another in Milford in Clermont County. Tim, along with his office staff and team of CAREGivers have been providing assistance to local seniors since 2006. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Miami University, as well as an MBA degree from Xavier University.
Jane started with Home Instead Senior Care in April of 2009 as a Community Service Representative and Client Care Coordinator. She is a graduate of St. Francis school of Nursing, and has been working professionally with Seniors for forty years. She became Director of Operations for the West Side franchise in November of 2018. In her role, Jane is responsible for all internal functions of our organization including recruitment, retention, client care, quality assurance, and scheduling. Jane was born and raised in Bridgetown. She enjoys volunteering in the community and spending time with family and friends.
Christine joined Home Instead Senior Care in May of 2019. She has worked in health care for 10 years and spends her time recruiting, training, and onboarding our exceptional CAREGivers. Christine lives with her son in Covedale.
Kris started with Home Instead Senior Care in February of 2008 as an Office Coordinator. Her passion for helping seniors and their families have led her to her current role as Client Care Coordinator. She is responsible for quality assurance and ensuring our clients have an outstanding experience in receiving care from our CAREGivers. Kris is a graduate of Ball State University with a degree in Business Administration. She enjoys spending time with her husband Jamie and son, Josh.
Alison Earl was formerly a consultant for Home Instead Senior Care, but is now our Staff Accountant, handling all payroll, bulling, and essential accounting functions. She was formerly a part-time accountant and stay-at-home Mom before coming to Home Instead. Alison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Miami University and resides in Liberty Township with her husband, Matt and three kids.
