Here is your opportunity to become a CAREGiver and help others by becoming part of the world’s largest provider of non-medical home care for seniors in  Calgary.  We are accepting applications from CAREGivers that have exceptional relationship skills and are passionate about caring for seniors. No formal experience or training is necessary, you’ll bring your heart, patience and reliability.  As a CAREGiver, your job is to deliver high-quality personal and companionship care with a compassionate touch. 

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Companionship and conversation
  • Encouraging and actively participating in daily exercise routine
  • Alzheimer’s Care

All successful applicants must meet the following essential requirements:
 
  • Speak Vietnamese with strong translation skills to English
  • Comfortable in accompanying seniors in daily outdoor walks and activities
  • Strong written documentation and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to travel to the homes of the client in the areas served by our business, whether it be in a private home or facility
  • Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
  • Ability to commit to the same schedule weekly
  • Complete a criminal background check, a vulnerable sector check, three professional and personal references
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and access to your own reliable and fully insured vehicle
We are currently serving NW, NE and parts of SE Calgary and have growing number of shifts available with competitive pay and offer ongoing training opportunities. Paid training will be provided for personal care and dementia care.
