Home Instead Senior Care of Charlotte is seeking a dynamic, self motivated individual to coordinate the daily activities of a busy home care office. This Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative support - answering incoming calls and directing them to appropriate department, assist in the hiring of CAREGivers, assist in maintaining client and CAREGiver records
  • Clerical support - Order and maintain office and client supplies, manage office equipment
  • Departmental support - handle minor staffing changes, client issues, and CAREGiver needs 
Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in an office environment
  • Experience with customer service 
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Ability to learn multiple computer programs 
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder
  • Valid drivers license
  • Operate office equipment
