Home Rehabilitation Services
Steven Colangelo BSC.PT, H.BSC.KIN Registered Physiotherapist

AVID Physio provides home-based physiotherapy to a variety of clients.  We offer home physiotherapy services because we understand that some conditions or injuries can make it difficult to leave your home and receive care in a clinic setting.

We provide in-home physiotherapy patients with the same high-quality therapy that they would receive in a clinic, and also instruct them on how to utilize their home environment to help them achieve their goals.

We are committed to ensuring your rehabilitation needs are met.  Here are some examples of areas we can help with:

  • Falls Prevention and Home Safety Assessments
  • Post-Stroke and Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Rehabilitation
  • Pre / Post-surgical Rehabilitation (Total Joint Replacements)
  • Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Rehabilitation
  • Mobility and ADL Equipment assessment / prescription
  • Vestibular Rehabilitation
  • Concussion Rehabilitation
  • Cardiac Rehabilitation (Cardiac Bypass Surgery)
  • ADP Authorizer (Assistive Devices Program)
  • Accessibility Parking Permit Applications
