Along with Bruce and Sandy Seligman, Joe Sanders purchased the Southern Orange County franchise in October of 2009. Joe brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table as he was the owner of both the Albuquerque and Santa Fe Home Instead franchises in New Mexico. During his ownership those franchises grew to be among the top producing ones in the country. His commitment to “doing whatever it takes," ensures that you and your loved ones have the care they need, expect and deserve. He is also on the National Board of Directors for the Home Instead Senior Care Foundation and has appeared as spokesman for Home Instead on Fox News.
Wendy is Home Care Certified with the NCCAP, and comes with a long
administrative and caregiving resume. She joined the Home Instead
Mission Viejo office as a CareGiver in 2010, and was transferred into
the office in 2012 where her administrative skills were in high demand.
Her unique background provides the empathy and skill necessary to
coordinate our CareGivers' schedules and assignments while maintaining a
pleasant and positive work environment. Wendy is passionate about
ensuring our seniors have the highest quality of life that they can
possibly enjoy and that their families have the peace of mind that they
deserve. She especially enjoys interacting in the everyday atmosphere of
our clients and CareGivers. Among her many passions outside the office,
gardening, travel, and family time are the some of the most important.

Sue is a one of-a-kind professional. Having over 20 years of experience as Operations Manager and Supervisor, she joined Home Instead Senior Care, September of 2015, as a Client Care Coordinator. Her education and work experience provide the technical skills necessary to help our office integrate and adapt to new technologies, as well as the knowledge to help identify and address potential care issues before they arise. Sue is passionate about ensuring the health and safety of our seniors. When not in the office, Sue loves playing and spoiling her little Yorkie, Riley, going to the beach, gardening and spending time outside.
