David has been married to his wife Cathy since 1993. They have 2 daughters, Christi and Caitlin. David loves to play Golf in his spare time. A few years ago he also earned his Private Pilot's License.
David graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and a Minor in Business in 1992, and a Master's Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in teaching and coaching in 1994. He also has 117 hours towards a Bachelor of Science Electronic Engineering Degree.
David has various work experiences at many different types of jobs over his life including but not limited to fitness director, restaurant owner, and Assistant Dean at a College.
David joined the Home Instead Senior Care team as owner on January 1, 2015. "I absolutely love this business because of what we do and the services that we provide."
Tonya is originally from Fort Worth but has lived in Arlington for the past 30 years. She has 2 sons and is a big Dallas Cowboys fan.
Tonya joined Home Instead as a CAREGiver in October of 2015 and was moved into the office with an Administrative position in February of 2016. In June of 2017 Tonya was promoted to General Manager. She absolutely loves working with our local seniors and says that she has always been a CAREGiver at heart. She enjoys working at Home Instead because it gives her the opportunity to do what she loves doing.
Lisa joined Home Instead in April of 2016 as a CAREGiver. She was promoted to Human Resources in the office in June of 2017 and then to Office Coordinator in October of 2017.
Lisa is originally from Irving, Texas and was raised in San Saba, Texas, the pecan capital of the world. She has lived in Indianapolis, IN where she attended Indiana University. She has also lived in Lawton, Oklahoma as her family is one of the founding families of that town. She came back to the metroplex in 2010 permanently. She has a daughter who raises goats and is getting ready to start college, a son that plays football and has a pit bull terrier she adores.
She loves Mexican food and Pho Noodle Shops. She likes to read, take her dog walking, and has many hobbies including jewelry making and painting.
Tiffany was born and raised in Wasilla, Alaska before moving to Springfield, Virginia at the age of 13. She joined the Air Force at the age of 19 and spent the next 4 years as an EMT in Valdosta, Georgia. After leaving the military she returned to school and got her Medical Assistant Certification. After working at JPS for some time she joined the team at Home Instead Senior Care in November of 2017. She has a passion for helping people, especially the aging population. She has 4 children, a husband and a love of baking and antique shopping. She absolutely loves working at Home Instead Senior Care and couldn't imagine working anywhere else!
Gaspard grew up in Kenya, Africa. He attended a Catholic middle school where he learned English. Gaspard was brought to the United States by his father who was in the FBI.
Gaspard attended high school at Abilene High School in Abilene, Texas where he played soccer from his freshman year through his junior year. He was also in Theatre till Junior High and he graduated Abilene High School in 2014. After High School Gaspard was accepted into one of the best colleges in Texas, Abilene Christian University. He majored in economics and minored in comparative race and ethnic studies.
During Gaspard's junior year his aunt fell sick to diabetes. He took care of her for two years by working two jobs to help her and her children with bills and food. Gaspard moved to Fort Worth to be with his wife and step-daughter and a son on the way.
Gaspard joined Home Instead Senior Care as a caregiver and realized his passion for helping others. He loves to help others when he can and does a lot of volunteer events with children. He loves the work because it makes him happy knowing that he helps others. He is proud to work at Home Instead Senior Care and can't see himself wanting to work anywhere else.
