That's why our team stands ready to serve you any day of the week, at any hour of the day or night. David Corkran - Owner

David Corkran - Owner

David has been married to his wife Cathy since 1993. They have 2 daughters, Christi and Caitlin. David loves to play Golf in his spare time.  A few years ago he also earned his Private Pilot's License. 

David graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and a Minor in Business in 1992, and a Master's Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in teaching and coaching in 1994. He also has 117 hours towards a Bachelor of Science Electronic Engineering Degree. 

David has various work experiences at many different types of jobs over his life including but not limited to fitness director, restaurant owner, and Assistant Dean at a College. 

David joined the Home Instead Senior Care team as owner on January 1, 2015.  "I absolutely love this business because of what we do and the services that we provide."


Tonya Lange - General Manager/Administrator

Tonya Lange - General Manager/Administrator

Tonya is originally from Fort Worth but has lived in Arlington for the past 30 years.  She has 2 sons and is a big Dallas Cowboys fan.

Tonya joined Home Instead as a CAREGiver in October of 2015 and was moved into the office with an Administrative position ​in February of 2016.  ​In June of 2017 Tonya was promoted to General Manager.  She absolutely loves working with our local seniors and says that she has always been a CAREGiver at heart.  She enjoys working at Home Instead because it gives her the opportunity to do what she loves doing.  


David McMillion - Office Coordinator

David McMillion - Office Coordinator

David joined Home Instead in June of 2018 as a CAREGiver. He was promoted to a Service Coordinator position in July of 2018, and is now promoted to Office Coordinator.

Born in Louisiana, David has lived in Arlington, Texas since grade school. He loves the Cowboys but grew up a 49ers fan. David has 2 children; a son who loves football and science, and a daughter that loves to draw, read, and dance. David is currently studying IT and hobbies include graphic design and computer games. David loves helping others and giving back to the community. He has been a volunteer coach for the Arlington YMCA for 4 years. This passion for helping others lead to him joining the family at Home Instead.


Mary Burr - Recruitment and Engagement Supervisor

Mary Burr - Recruitment and Engagement Supervisor

Mary graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Sociology and a minor and certification in Gerontology. She is a returned United States Peace Corps volunteer from Indonesia who spent time as a TEFL (Teaching English as a foreign language) instructor working in the education and youth development sector of East Java Indonesia. She is fluent in three languages including Malaysian and Indonesian and has spent time abroad traveling throughout various countries. In her free time, she enjoys reading and collecting books, competitive distance running, traveling and yoga. She previously worked at Home Instead as a caregiver and recruitment and retention manager during college and after returning from the Peace Corps took a position in HR and as a recruiting and engagement supervisor. Mary enjoys any type of work that allows her to help others and to engage one on one with a range of individuals from various locations, backgrounds and cultures.


Branigin Rodriguez - Service Coordinator/Human Resources

Branigin Rodriguez - Service Coordinator/Human Resources

Branigin is originally from Wichita Falls TX and moved to Fort Worth in 2015 with her Husband Guadalupe and their 4 children Ryan, Jamileigh, Guadalupe Jr., and Marisol. Branigin loves to spend her spare time just hanging out with her family, church on Sundays and loves to collect owls in remembrance of her late Grandmother.

Branigin has previous job experience in Senior Care and has a Certificate for Assisted Living Manager. She has various work experience at diverse types of jobs over the years that will help her grow in her new journey with Home Instead Senior Care. She enjoys working with seniors and with her coworkers that share the same passion for this line of work.
