Our team of over 100 compassionate CAREGivers are the heart of our agency. All CAREGivers are thoroughly screened and background checked, bonded and insured. We offer top-of-market compensation to recruit and retain the best, with premium wages, raises, paid training, and merit service bonuses awarded for dedication and professionalism in the field.
Safety is our #1 Priority
Our care teams are COVID trained to mitigate the spread of infectious disease, including training on proper hand washing, respiratory hygiene and use of PPE. We provide all PPE to our teams at no charge to our clients or CAREGivers. And for additional peace of mind, we're paying asymptomatic CAREGivers to proactively get tested for COVID on a regular basis, as well as offering paid sick time to those who feel ill or may have been exposed.
