Nicole Luepnitz Office Manager

Nicole has always had a passion for caring for others. It brings her joy to help seniors and their families each day. She started with Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver in 2015 and a few months later joined the Administrative Team.  Nicole has filled many roles on the team including Receptionist, Client Care Coordinator and Director of Human Resources. In May of 2019 she was promoted to Office Manager.  She is responsible for running the day to day operations of the Riverside Office ensuring the deliver of quality care to our senior clients and supporting their families.  She also leads the way in empowering our CAREGivers and Administrative Team to enhance the lives of our clients and families. 

Nicole loves spending time with her husband and 3 children. In her spare time she enjoys road trips with family and friends, crafting and going to the drive-in with her kids.

 



Linda Gelmo-Administrative Assistant

Linda Gelmo-Administrative Assistant

​Linda started as a CAREGiver for Home Instead Senior Care  in 2013 and joined the Administrative Team in 2018.  She works as the Administrative Assistant in our office.  She does a wonderful job greeting our visitors and answering our phones.  She does all of our Long Term Care Insurance paperwork and assists with our billing and clients tasks and logs. She really understands the caregiving process and the needs of both the clients and CAREGivers.  Linda is full of postive energy is willing to help wherever she is needed.   She understands our standards to provide quality care every single day. 

Linda loves spending time with family.  


Beth Noble-Client Care Coordinator

Beth Noble-Client Care Coordinator

​Beth was a CAREGiver for Home Instead Senior Care from 2007 until 2016.  She received the high recognition of Pacific CAREGiver of the Year!  She became part of the administrative team in 2016.  Beth brings excellent experience to the Client Care Department.  Knowing what families and clients go through during the aging process.  She also understands the demands along with great joy from caregiving.  She does a great job of performing quality assurance visits and doing field training to assist CAREGiver in their caregiving journey. 

Beth enjoys her family especially her grandchildren.    


Antoinette Perez-Client Care Coordinator

Antoinette Perez-Client Care Coordinator

​Antoinette brings with her over 20 years in the Home Care Industry. She originally started off as a C.N.A./H.H.A. and ventured into Medical Assisting with Family Practice, Internal Medicine, OBGYN and Ophthalmology. She loves going out into the field to meet with Seniors in the community. She is excellent at performing quality assurance visits and working with CAREGivers to provide quality care.

Antoinette is very close with her family. She enjoys outdoor activities and her passion is Salsa Dancing!! She enjoys learning and growing on both professional and personal levels. Antoinette truly loves what she does!!

​Nancy started with Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver in 2015 providing quality care to each one of her clients.  She joined the Administrative Team in April of 2018.  She is a Client Service Coordinator and works hard to cover shifts to ensure that we are providing the highest quality care.  She has to be creative sometimes to make it work.  She does a great job of making the right matches of client to CAREGiver. 

Nancy enjoys time with her family.  She is very creative and artist.  She has a passion for painting.  


MaryLou Alvidrez-Client Service Coordinator

MaryLou Alvidrez-Client Service Coordinator

MaryLou started her career as a CAREGiver 2015.  She became a part of the administrative team in 2016.  MaryLou has a very caring heart and understands the needs of the seniors.  She started as our receptionist and was promoted to Client Service Coordinator.  MaryLou is great on the phone.  She listens to each caller carefully.  She is great at matching the right CAREGiver with the right client.  She works hard to ensure that we are providing quality care to our clients.  She is a delight!

MaryLou's faith is front in center in her life.  She enjoys spending time with her family.  Her grandchildren are a joy!


Bee Valverde-Client Service Coordinator

Bee Valverde-Client Service Coordinator

​Bee started with Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver in 2017. As a CAREGiver she enjoyed motivating her clients using games, finger painting and music. Her knowledge of caring for a loved one is truly from the heart. She joined our administrative team in 2020 as a Client Service Coordinator. Bee, understands the process to provide quality care includes using mind, body and spirit.  She works hard to learn about each and every CAREGiver and Client to make sure she has a good match. Bee knows how important good communication is with Clients and CAREGivers. Her cheerful attitude and hard work is a gift that keeps on giving!

Bee enjoys spending her free time writing, listening to music and reading love stories. 


Veronica Bugarin-Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator

Veronica Bugarin-Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator

​Veronica started her career with Home Instead Senior Care in 2014. She spent many years caring for our Clients as a CAREGiver and joined our administrative team in 2020 as our Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator. Veronica loved being a CAREGiver, it was her purpose in life. It is a pleasure for her to help people, especially seniors. She could spend hours listening to their life stories and adventures. She understands the challenges and emotions that come with caring for seniors. She enjoys bringing on new CAREGivers and helping them grow in their position. 

Veronica loves hiking, running, and going for long nature walks. Anything outdoors is her therapy and brings her happiness! She also enjoys music, dancing, rainy days and watching a movie with her family. She has been married for almost 15 years and is a mom to 7 boys!!


Christina Bauch-Marketing Representative

Christina Bauch-Marketing Representative

Christina Bauch is Marketing Representative for Home Instead Senior Care in Riverside. She has a heart for helping people and bringing joy to their lives.  She works to provide solutions to families who are struggling with caring for an aging loved one.  She loves presenting educational information to all age groups on topics of aging.   

As a resident of Riverside, Christina loves this city and is deeply invested in the community.  She is an alumna of California Baptist University, having graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies.  She actively serves the community through  involvement in her church.  When not working Christina enjoys time outdoors, hanging out at local coffeeshops, and creating meaningful art pieces with modern calligraphy.”
