Home Care Inc., and Magnolia Home Health LLC employ close to 600 full-time
and part-time employees. Theirs are among the top three largest of the
Home Instead Senior Care operations, which consist of over 1,100 offices in
an opportunity to work together and own their own business, Dave and Malorie
decided to combine their specific areas of expertise in the growing healthcare
field. The Hills were impressed with the professionalism and sincerity
exhibited by the Home Instead Senior Care corporate staff in Omaha,
Nebraska. Thus began what has turned out to be a truly rewarding
adventure of developing into one of the top three owner/operators of Home
Instead Senior Care's network of franchise business owners.
Buckeyes David and Malorie have had their office headquarters located in
Jacksonville Florida since 1997. They also have offices in Saint
Augustine FL., Palm Coast FL., Mason OH., Savannah GA., and Hilton Head
purchased two existing Home Instead Senior Care offices located in the suburbs
of Cincinnati Ohio in 2012 to add to their three Home Instead Senior Care
offices located in Northeast Florida. "We loved the idea of expanding our
quality-first home care business to the state where we spent over 40 years of
the opportunity to grow Home Instead remarkable services presented itself in
2019 and the Hills added the Savannah GA territory which included Hilton Head
SC and neighboring communities in Beaufort and Jasper Counties.
Cheryl serves as the General Manager over our Mason, Ohio office of Home Instead Senior Care in Butler and Warren counties and many surrounding areas.
Her role is to oversee all of the day-to-day operations performed by the office staff. These responsibilities include assigning and directing work, planning, appraising performance, coaching employees performance, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
She is a long time resident of Butler County,
Ohio, an avid runner, a Cleveland Browns and FC Cincinnati fan!
Cheryl is a graduate of the College of Mount St. Joseph, Cincinnati, OH with a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts.
Megan serves as our Chief Financial Officer for our Ohio franchises, as well as, Florida franchises owned by David and Malorie Hill. Megan initially joined Home Instead Senior Care as an Administrative Assistant, to support the Executive Team and the Accounting Department with various administrative tasks. She moved into the Accounting Specialist position and then became Director of Finance, while continuing to take on new and more complex tasks as her position grew and developed. Working in each position in the Accounting Department has given her a true understanding of every step of the billing and payroll processes. As C.F.O., Megan works closely with the owners and the other members of the Leadership Team to keep Home Instead Senior Care the agency and employer of choice.
Suzanne is a ‘96 graduate of Ohio University with a
Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration. Go Bobcats!
Having cherished the relationships with her own
grandparents, who provided much love and support in her life, she is driven and
passionate about helping seniors to achieve quality of life while maintaining
safety and independence. She loves
connecting with and through people to make this happen. Educating seniors, their families and the
community about home care services is a major focus of Suzanne’s mission.
She has a joyful spirit and enjoys the “little things,”
especially laughter. Spending time with
family and friends, encouraging her three sons in their various athletics and
activities, and finding opportunities for teachable life lessons are what
matter most to Suzanne.
Kara joined Home Instead in June 2019. She has 19 years experience in sales and marketing and 4 years experience in home care. She enjoys the opportunity of working with our Seniors to make sure they can live their Golden years to the fullest!
Kara is married and enjoys volunteering in her community!
Ashley's role is that of the CAREGiver Engagement Coordinator. Ashley is responsible for recruiting and hiring new CAREGivers, conducting orientation and training program in collaboration with our nursing team.
Ashley graduated from Edgewood High School in 2013. She served as a CAREGiver for the Mason Franchise for 2 years prior to her 2018 promotion to Service Coordinator and served as a Service Coordinator for 1 year prior to her recent promotion to CAREGiver Engagement Coordinator. She is a life long resident of Butler County and she is dedicated to satisfying our clients and caregivers. Ashley loves to fish and camp in her spare time.
Colleen is our Director of First Impressions and greets folks with a pleasant smile. She is the first person you will see once you walk inside our office and is happy to offer her assist with her kind and friendly personality. Colleen handles the incoming calls, with patience, retrieving messages and making certain the important calls are directed to the oppropriate office staff. Colleen serves the Mason, Ohio office, well, with her kind and friendly personality and her passion for the home health industry.
She also serves as our go to person in an emergency situation known as "Rapid Response", until we can relieve her with a CAREGiver.
Colleen wears many hats but, offers much of her support to the H.R. and Staffing Team.
Karla's role is that of a Senior Service Coordinator, working closely with her team to ensure that every client receives the desired care and services at the requested time.
She manages the day-to-day staffing needs, along with her team in finding the right fit for our CAREGivers and their clients. Her duties include coordinating and maintaining the schedules between our CAREGivers and our clients. Karla is compassionate and dedicated to assisting both Home Instead Clients and CAREGivers.
As a longtime resident of Warren
County, OH, Karla comes to Home Instead with years of experience caring for the
senior population, as well as, owning and operating a day care for children.
Crystal's role is that of Service Coordinator. She is responsible for scheduling clients and CAREGivers to ensure that every client receives the desired care and services at the requested time.
Crystal was a Home Instead CAREGiver prior to being promoted to Service Coordinator. Crystal is a resident of Cincinnati.
Nancy is a Registered Nurse who comes to our Home Instead
family with a wealth of experience. Nancy’s role is to provide
specialized training for our CAREGivers, expert training in personal care and CPR Training is essential to our seniors.
She is a graduate of California
State University with experience in the emergency department, Hospice Care,
home health care, as well as, an instructor for training Emergency Medical
Victoria is a Registered Nurse. Victoria's role is to provide specialized training for our CAREGivers, expert training in Personal Care is essential to caring for our Seniors.
Victoria has a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Science, Register Nurse, has 9+ years progressive experience as a Staff Nurse for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Acute Care Orthopedic and Neurology, Case Manager and Quality Assurance. Victoria has 14 years experience as a Private Duty nurse in Home Care.
Sue is a Registered Nurse and provides Alzheimer's and Dementia education and training as well as Hospice education and training to our CAREGivers.
Sue has been employed with the Alzheimer's Association for 21 years and is a great advocate and resource for the Alzheimer's Association.
