David and Malorie Hill purchased the existing Home Instead Senior Care office in Mason, Ohio in 2012 to add to their three Home Instead Senior Care offices located in Northeast Florida.  Today, their home care businesses employ well over 400 full time and part time employees and is among the largest of the Home Instead Senior Care operations, which consist of over 1,000 offices in 17 countries.

While content with his two decade long career as a counselor (David) and her various business office positions (Malorie), they decided to combine their specific areas of expertise in the growing health care field.  The Hills were impressed with the professionalism and sincerity exhibited by the Home Instead Senior Care corporate staff in Omaha, Nebraska. Thus began what has turned out to be a truly rewarding adventure of developing one of the top 5 operations of Home Instead Senior Care's network of franchise business owners.

While native Buckeyes, David and Malorie have their office headquarters located in Jacksonville, FL.  "We love the idea of expanding our quality-first home care business to the state where we spent over 40 years of our lives".

Taking over operations of an existing home care business can present may challenges.  "We were fortunate to inherit a great office staff and an outstanding pool of CAREGivers in the Mason, Ohio office.  We felt there was a tremendous opportunity to expand the Home Instead Senior Care model to a significantly large group of seniors in the southwest corner of Ohio".

Within one year of purchasing the Mason office, the number of service hours being provided to seniors in need of non-medical care and personal care services has increased 150%.

"We are truly gratified by the response of all the communities located in Butler, Warren and part of Hamilton Counties".
