Erica joined Home Instead Senior Care in June of 2006. She became the General Manager of the franchise office in April of 2013. Erica is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the business, providing leadership for the team and ensuring that Home Instead Senior Care is synonymous with providing the highest level of quality care. As the General Manager, Erica works on keeping the day to day operations of the office running smoothly while also supervising the office staff.
Michelle joined Home Instead Senior Care in January 2011 as a Caregiver. She then moved to working in the office as a Staff Coordinator before taking on her current position as Human Resources. Michelle's primary responsibilities are caregiver recruitment and retention and caregiver hiring.

Shelia came to Home Instead Senior Care in November 2004. Always providing quality customer services to our clients, caregivers and staff, she also manages the office and the financial processes such as payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Through her 40+ years of experience as a licensed Registered Nurse, Jeanie has gained a vast amount of knowledge in the senior care field. In September 2013, Jeannie became a member of our Home Instead Senior Care team in the role of Registered Nurse. Using her first hand experience, Jeannie trains our Caregivers to become Home Health Aides. She uses a hands-on approach to teach many skills ranging from proper hand hygiene techniques to caring for a bed bound client. Along with training, Jeannie helps with client needs assessments and quality assurance visits.

Amanda joined Home Instead Senior Care in July 2013 as a Caregiver. She
then moved to working in the office in her current position as staff
coordinator. Amanda’s main responsibilities are to effectively and quickly
handle staffing and scheduling of our clients and Caregivers as well as to act
as the Case Manager of assigned clients. She is responsible for understanding
our client's needs and matching them with the most appropriate Caregiver. She
also schedules care services and councils Caregivers when necessary making sure
that we are providing the care that each of our client's needs.
