Hello, my name is Fay. I live next door to Rose Marie.
Please accept this note as a compliment for your employee. As I see it she is a very hard and steady worker, kind and considerate towards Rose Marie, and she is quite the credit to your organization.
I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone in the need of your services.
My name is Bill and I am a very satisfied client of Home Instead Senior Care. As an only child living and working a continent away in Alaska, I have had to deal with eldercare issues for both of my parents since 2004, and at a long distance away from Orlando. After an initial experience with another provider, I decided to switch to Home Instead several years ago. I'm most happy that I did.
Right from the beginning, I was impressed by the caring professionalism displayed by Home Instead's owners, office staff and caregivers. Both Debra and James Foscolo have advanced degrees in eldercare administration. Their caregivers are well-trained and were responsive to the individual needs of my late father and now my bed-ridden mother. Their office staff communicates well and returns my calls promptly. They all make me feel as if I were their only client. If you have any questions about my experience with Home Instead, please ask for my telephone number or e-mail. I would be most happy to give you additional positive feedback.
"Just wanted to express my gratitude once again for transporting me home from the hospital earlier in the week. It was very kind of you. My husband came home yesterday with the wonderful help of Pamela. We are very grateful to have Home Instead helping us out."
We have help provided to us by Home Instead Senior Care, which Dad's long term health care pays for. This allows me to go to work and out to shop (groceries, necessities, shoes...). We have one full-time caregiver, Melita, and others who rotate. They provide such excellent care that I am able to go through my regular daily routine without too much worry, because they truly care as much about Dad as I do.

"I am a social worker in home health and have heard wonderful things about you. I was wondering if I could get some brochures sent to me to bring to my clients?"
I teach religion at ---- Catholic Church in Orlando and was talking to a few parents this past Sunday explaining how I would like to get a part time job helping senior citizens with their everyday chores. Then one of the parents mentioned your company, saying that they have heard good things about your company. So I would like to find out more about becoming a CAREGiver for your company.
Thank you from the heart for the wonderful care you rendered to my aunt. She has not stopped praising everyone's successful attempts to attend to her and make her comfortable. I'm sure I'll be calling you again!
I wanted to drop a line to express my appreciation for the wonderful job your employee, Garland does. The staff, families and residents rave about his warm and gentle nature and the obvious affection and empathy he has for not only his clients but all of my residents. He is truly a blessing in our facility, and I often hear "If we could only clone Garland". In my opinion he is a good will ambassador and possibly the best walking advertisement for your service.

Our client loves his caregiver... good job on sticking with the difficult ones. The wife really really needs the support. You guys are the BEST!! THANK YOU THANK YOU.....
You were so right when you explained the kind of caring and wonderful person Rosa is. She really is an angel. My mother has come to rely on her so much. She can now actually sleep and wake-up refreshed so that she can take care of my dad throughout the day. We were really worried about her health. With your assistance we can live normal lives while caring for our precious loved one. Dad looks forward to her evening visits and she is always patient and caring. We have been blessed. Thank you so much for your special service, without it life would have been so difficult. You have made a difference in all of our lives. Thank you for caring.
I would like to personally thank you for sending over two incredible Home Instead Staff members to handle respite care for us last Saturday. I am sure you will here from Jerry about this, but we were so impressed with Brenda ad Pamela. They were caring, had engaging personalities and the height level of professionalism they displayed. Thank you SO much! You folks should be very proud of what you do!
I am very please with the way Beverly relates to my wife. She has a great approach with her and is able to get her to do things others can't.
Just wanted to drop you a line and say thanks to you and your staff for the tremendous job that you do for our residents. I would be glad to recommend your organization to anyone.
Pamela is the best caregiver ever! She is a jewel, we think highly of her.
My brothers and I would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to you and your staff for the care and companionship that you have provided to our mother. Home Instead services allowed our mother to continue to enjoy her home and your personal touch and involvement allowed us to feel comfortable that she was safe there. Please extend our special thanks to Dorothy; she was great help and thank you again for all that you have done for us.
Please allow me to take this opportunity to thank you for the services you have provided my father. My greatest concern after is last medical challenge was how to provide care for him while I was away from home. A dear friend and nurse both recommended Home Instead Senior Care.
Your employee Evelyn was most diligent with attending to my father. It is for that reason in particular that I comme3nd your efforts and state firmly that you do provide quality care and reassurance to families or friends of someone in need.Thank you for allowing me to share some of my thoughts with you and thank you again for the dedication and service you give not only to the individual with the direct need, but also to the caregivers. I am most grateful.
I would like to take the opportunity to let you know what a great job Margaret and Nancy do. They are very attentive to my aunt. They both go above and beyond; this shows me the quality of person your company staffs. Thank you for such good service and special thanks to Margaret and Nancy. Let me add, I was also very pleased with Willie Mae when she filled in for Margaret's day off.
I am writing this letter in appreciation for the services you are providing for me and my mom. I am very pleased with the help that Nancy has and is providing for us. She is so nice and patient and her visits twice a week give me some time off and I can relax because I know that my mom is in good hands and I don't have to worry. She is so good with my mom and I feel in time my mom will appreciate her as much as I do. She is so timely, dependable and most of all caring. Keep up the good work that you are providing for people like me that really need organizations like yours.
I take these means to write this letter on behalf of Josephine. She is a wonderful worker and did a lot of things above and beyond the call of duty. She was attentive, loving, and very skilled in her handling my wife Dorothy. I feel sure that she is a very valuable employee of your wonderful program.
Just a few words to show my appreciation for how well you and your staff showed interest in me when I came home from the hospital, you called on the phone to see how I was doing. Of course my companion Gwen is a prize, she showed me so much love and caring in the time she was with me. I was delighted to have her back after the way she took care of me last February when I had a broken wrist, this time after open heart surgery. Hopefully I will stay in good health from now on, but in the event that I need help again I will certainly call upon Home Instead.
I just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you for all your help with my grandfather. Your patty (employee) is a woman I have wonderful words for. She is awesome and the care and love she showed my family was more than ever to have been expected.
Thank you again,Christine and family
You interviewed me last Friday for a position as a companion. I just wanted to take another minute of my time to thank you for the time you took to interview me. You made me see what a warm and caring employer Home Instead Senior Care is.
Susan does an amazing job! She leavers her mark every week; a clean house, a beautiful patio, and every request accomplished to perfection.
My husband is disabled and suffers from dementia. It was recommended to us over a year ago to enlist the services of Home Instead Senior Care. My husband and I were hesitant at first as we are private people and felt I was able to care for him alone. We finally decided to try a care provider, but not with much confidence that it would work for us. Anabel was assigned to us. From day one she squashed all our hesitations and concerns. My husband immediately took to her warm personality, quiet approach and unquestionable professionalism. I found her manner and kindness invaluable by providing me the respite I never knew I needed. Anabel has been visiting our home several times a week for over one year. My husband and I now cant imagine how we ever managed without her. Anabel shows unbelievable initiative and is constantly working. Although she always puts my husbands needs firs, Ana helps me in ways not expected but always welcome by me. Ana’s honesty and sincere commitment are just two of her many assets. The support she has given me cannot be measured. She is a welcome addition to our household and we look forward to her company and her service with great anticipation. God has truly sent us an angel, whose winds have lifted a great weight from our lives.
Our caregiver has been our guardian angel. She comes three times a wek for 4 hours per day. We are two senior citizens living alone. My jusband is diabetic and he has Alzheimer’s. He didn’t want anybody as a caregiver. Our caregiver is very patient, caring, positive and compassionate. At first, he didn’t ever talk to her. He didn’t allow her to take him for a walk, but as time has gone by, lately he is very amiable with her and surprised us. He did go for a short walk with her! He has difficulty walking and would never use a walker. He does with her! She performs her job very well. As for me, I spent my days before she came, mute. Now I have someone to talk to. She listens to what I have to say. It is a very comforting thing! Taking care of a person with alzheimers is tiresome and depressing. She also helps me with thousekeeping, drives us in my car to medical appointments and to wherever I want to go.
Thank you for her,Lillian and Hector
Allison is Martin’s caregiver. She is always neatly dressed in her uniform and on time. She always smiles and has lots of patience with Martin as he has dementia. She also takes messages for me and makes sure the dog goes outside when I am gone. I never worry about anything when I am out doing errands. She also gives me a hug when I get depressed. If I have to take martin anywhere she is always bum is side guiding him. I only have her 12 hours a week but am increasing that s she is helping me thought this very bad time as martin is decreasing fast. All my children have met her and think she is a very giving person. I
Ms. Debra, Allison is my wife and I caregiver. She is acceptable compassionate and honest and a very good auto driver. She always does what needs to be done.
Virginia is open, honest, sincere, caring, thoughtful, independent, and loves her job. Virginia goes way beyond any job description I ever discussed with her with mom’s best interest as the priority of her focus in every decision and movement she makes. She learns what she doesn’t know and expands upon what she does.
How does a daughter make the decision to let someone else care for her mom? It’s so easy when that person is Virginia. She cares about mom as if she were her own, with all respect and concern for her needs and wants, as mine. She is astutely aware of mom’s moods, her routine for mom that included eating properly and regularly. Keeping mom as active and independent as she can be. Virginia has created new and old activities for mom, never expecting more from mom than she is comfortable with and she can do. Virginia never makes mom feel less than what she has ever been, is aware and attentive to her moods.
Virginia is an outstanding person which makes her an outstanding caregiver. It is more than a great fit between her and my mom.
Many thanks, Nancy
My caregiver is Cheryl. She is very gentle person and very good with older people. She is kind and patient. She is the sunlight on a cloudy day and most of all a very good driver.
I remain yours sincerely,Daisy
Our caregiver Maria is a God send. A real valued asset in our home. She has many charming qualities, is very kind, considerate, trustworthy and a true caregiver. We love her.
"Although they are trying it seems difficult to find a consistent caregiver to come every week. We get different ones each time. They are all good but it means acquainting each new person with our specifics. We had hoped to develope a long term relationship with one or two. "
"What we received is what we expected to receive. Don't know what else to tell you. "
"This is a reliable company with great customer service and a great personnel. The care givers are really prepared and caring people."
"Fabulous all! Special thanks to Maria in the office!"
"Continuous to provide excellent services since day one"
"The in-home and office staff members are very caring people. They provided me with great support in my time of need. I don't think you can go wrong with Home Instead.."
"They have been very helpful and kind to work with me and my schedule. My 90 year old father looks forward to seeing his care taker. "
"Excellent in very aspect from the caregivers, schedulers, financial and management.
"Venitta was conscientious in caring for Michael, my husband. She was responsible and trustworthy. We would recommend the services.
"My 90 plus year old mother loves her caregiver, Pat. After recovering her strength, she does not require Home Instead service, but it is comforting to know the assistance is there for mother when she needs it again.
