What's a Lead CAREGiver? A CAREGiver who:

  • Has availability to work different shifts (daylight, evening and weekend)
  • Covers vacations, absences and new client launches
  • Knows their schedule 2 weeks out
  • Likes a combination of regular and new clients and assignments
  • Has guaranteed hours
  • Can be PT or FT (if you are FT, you have guaranteed hours)
  • Earns higher number PTO hours
  • Makes a higher hourly rate, peak time differential, mileage & travel time

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Possession of a valid PA driver's license, automobile insurance and reliable transportation
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and pre-employment drug screen
  • Minimum 1 yr. experience
  • Current CNA license preferred
  • A compassionate heart!
  •  Both patience and willingness to work with diverse clients are needed in this role!
