​​​ Welcome to the South Hills Home Instead Senior Care office.  We are your trusted provider of comprehensive companionship and home care for seniors. Our mission is t​o be the leading home care provider by delivering unsurpassed person-centered care for older adults and by valuing and developing sucessful employees.

Home Instead Senior Care en​ables older adults to live independently and comfortably in their homes.  Our in-home services are designed for any living arrangement where an older adult needs support and help with day-to-day activities.  Services may be arranged for a few hours a week or as many as 24 hours a day. ​

Heather Reed - Service Coordinator/On-call Service Coordinator

Heather Reed - Service Coordinator/On-call Service Coordinator

​Heather has been with Home Instead since August 2017 as the On - Call Service Coordinator. She joined the office staff in November of 2017 as a full time Service Coordinator as well as continuing On-Call Service Coordination. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her 2 children and her family.


Megan Fine- Client Care Coordinator

Megan Fine- Client Care Coordinator

​Megan enjoyed being a caregiver for 3 years before being given the opportunity to work as a Client Care Coordinator. She has been enjoying her new role for almost a year and loves it more with each new client. When she is not enjoying her job, coworkers, and clients, she enjoys working in her yard, throwing Pinterest parties and crafting.


Pat Ruma – Receptionist

​Since 2005, Pat has been the voice you hear when calling Home Instead Senior Care.  As a team player, she enjoys providing support to the CAREGivers as well as the Client Services group. Pat has been happily married to her husband, Pete, for 35 years.


Lori Stokes-Administrative Assistant

Lori Stokes-Administrative Assistant

​Lori has a degree in Hospitality Management and joined our Home Instead Team in 2017.  She has performed several roles including scheduling and overseeing our Washington office.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and attending concerts and local festivals.


Kristina Hoffman - Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator

Kristina Hoffman - Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator

​Kristina has been with our Home Instead team since April 2017. She facilitates our CAREGiver onboarding process from application to training and connects them with our other office staff. She also assists with ongoing support for all CAREGivers. In her spare time, Kristina enjoys exploring different areas of Pittsburgh with her boyfriend and friends.


Dan Wolfe – Director of Community Outreach

Dan Wolfe – Director of Community Outreach

​Dan has been the Director of Community Outreach in Washington County and the South Hills of Allegheny County for two years. His work background includes Sales & Marketing in a local Independent Living / Personal Care community and with a local LIFE program. He and his wife have two children and two grandsons.  In his spare time Dan is active in his church and officiates high school and college volleyball.


Alexi Freeman: Service Coordinator

Alexi Freeman: Service Coordinator

​Alexi has been with Home Instead for three years, starting out in the Oakmont office as a CAREGiver then moving to the South Hills continuing to be a CAREGiver. In August 2018, Alexi changed her role from CAREGiver to Service Coordinator. She loves working with such an excellent company that helps people. In her spare time, she does photography, crafts and goes on adventures with her dog, Penelopi.


Denise Davis – Client Care Coordinator

Denise Davis – Client Care Coordinator

​Denise is the most tenured employee at the South Hills Home Instead office, as she has recently celebrated her 19th year here. She has been married for 38 years and has two children, Lindsay 31 and Jared 28. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. The Senior population is her passion!


Lea Costanzo - Manager, CAREGiver Services

Lea Costanzo - Manager, CAREGiver Services

​Lea oversees the Home Instead Service Coordination Team and all activities associated with CAREGiver recruitment and performance.  Lea started her career with Home Instead in January of this year.  In her spare time, Lea enjoys camping with her family.


Bonnie Fanzo – Billing Coordinator / CAREGiver Payroll

Bonnie Fanzo – Billing Coordinator / CAREGiver Payroll

​Bonnie has been at Home Instead since August 2013 and has enjoyed learning so much about the homecare business.  She has been handling billing for several years now and has recently been put in charge of CAREGiver payroll. Outside of Home Instead she loves spending time with her wonderful grandchildren and also walking her Labradoodle, Sadie.


Paula McDonald - Client Services Specialist

Paula McDonald - Client Services Specialist

​Paula’s career helping seniors spans 35 years.  For many years she was an executive director for local personal care homes.  Before coming to HISC she was the administrator of a small homecare agency.  Since rejoining HISC in July of 2015, she has focused on handling inquiries, providing resources to prospects and coordinating Continuing Education programs. She has lots of experience to draw on and is happy to help anyone she can!
