Bruce Hobbs - Co-Owner

Bruce Hobbs - Co-Owner

After working with his wife's parents and their challenges with Alzheimer's desease, Bruce decided to move his business sense to a mission with Home Instead Senior Care. Bruce engages daily to change the face of aging in Cincinnati.

Susan Hobbs - Co-Owner

Susan Hobbs - Co-Owner

Both Susan and her husband Bruce grew up watching their parents care for their grandparents. Susan became a caregiver for her parents much sooner than expected, which sparked her passion for providing home care.

When she's not helping change the face of aging, Susan likes cooking, gardening, needlework and spending time with family.

Lynn Mulligan - Office Administrator

Lynn Mulligan - Office Administrator

Lynn joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2010. She has been instrumental in our success ever since Day 1. She is Bruce's sister so she experienced the same difficulties that come with taking care of an aging parent just as Bruce did.  For many years their mother lived with Lynn in Virginia and she was her primary caretaker.  After her passing Lynn moved to Cincinnati and provided more assistance than we could have ever asked for.

She is known by her close familiy here as "Nonnie."

She handles all of our client's needs, meets with the families, sets up new clients, is often the face of our office, and handles several other essential items to help everything run smoothly.  This indusrty has always been important to her, and with a logistics background in Developmental Disability Services she was a natural fit here at Home Instead.

When the Oxford local isn't saving the day here, she spends her free time on the "Funny Farm."

Angila Madaris - Lead Scheduler

Now, she handles all of our scheduling needs, works shifts when necessary, and helps keep everything in order so we can operate as smoothly as possible. Another aspect of her job is to keep CAREGiver moral high, becasue we all know happy workers make for happy clients.

In her spare time she dedicates countless hours to feeding the homeless and helping those who are less fortunate around the city. She is a cherished member of the Home Instead family.
