Our team of CAREGiver Ambassadors are here to respond to urgent needs that may arise day or night. There are a variety of situations in which our CAREGiver Ambassadors help us ensure the upmost quality of care and responsiveness. On any given day a CAREGiver may experience an emergency and be unable to make it to their client's home. In this case we deploy our CAREGiver Ambassador to arrive on time to ensure the client never goes without care. In addition, they assist our CAREGivers with extra support in the home when a client has a particularly challenging day. We are grateful for our CAREGiver Ambassadors and the vital role they play as members of our team.

Originally from Glasgow, Kentucky, Brad has a Bachelor's Degree from Western Kentucky University. Brad is also a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and a licensed nursing home administrator in Kentucky and Florida. He purchased his first franchise in Bowling Green, Kentucky, in 2002, and has since purchased multiple Home Instead Senior Care franchises across Kentucky, Tennessee, and Alabama.

Emily has a bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University in Health Care Administration. She is also a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). Before joining Home Instead Senior Care she was a college student looking to make a difference. She began as a CAREGiver with Home Instead Senior Care in Bowling Green, Kentucky and provided over 2,700 hours of direct care to seniors. Within a few months of experiencing the difference of being a CAREGiver firsthand, she changed her degree from Psychology to Health Care Administration so she could pursue her dream of leading a Home Instead Senior Care organization. After three years as the Director of Human Resources
for Home Instead Senior Care in Bowling Green, Kentucky, she was blessed to
have an opportunity to oversee the Franklin and Columbia offices in 2012. In
2016 she was given the opportunity to oversee the Nashville organization and is
happy to have found a home here as well.
Loraine joined our Home Instead Senior Care family in 2010. As a CAREGiver she received the “Heart in Hand” award three times. In addition to providing exceptional care, Loraine has earned her Medical Assisting Certification, Associates Degree in Science and Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Management. She is currently earning her Master’s in Applied Management. Her big heart, her positive attitude and enthusiasm make her a perfect addition to our team.We are proud to have Loraine on our team
assisting clients with their care needs. Loraine has been promoted from
her original position as a Client Services Coordinator to the Director of
Client Services, where she now oversees a team of individuals to ensure clients
receive the care they need regardless of the hour they need it! Not only does
Loraine serve in this role, she serves as the On-Call Supervisor every other
week. As the On-Call Supervisor, she is available to our clients and CAREGivers
24/7. Needless to say, Loraine is a very hard worker and we are blessed to have
her on our team!

Kelsey relocated to Nashville from Bloomington, Illinois in
2018. She was excited to move to Nashville and find a home where she could
enjoy her favorite activities of hiking and camping. Tennessee’s landscape has
not let her down! Besides camping and hiking, Kelsey loves cooking and reading
. She is the proud mom of two kittens that she was given Christmas 2018.
She enjoys meeting new people through her role Home Instead Senior Care
and is happy to assist individuals with concerns or questions regarding home
care services they already receive or are interested in receiving from Home

Curviyan, who goes by “Curvy,” was originally a restaurant
manager before starting her career at Home Instead Senior Care as a
Professional CAREGiver in July 2019. Since then, Curvy has been promoted to
Client Care Coordinator and has enjoyed the role thus far. Helping seniors has
always been a great honor for her. In her free time she loves going to the park
with her one-year-old daughter, Caycee, watching movies, and reading.
Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because I
have the opportunity to give back and make a difference in a seniors’
lives. Caring and helping others has always been a big part of my life.
Being part of the team at Home Instead makes me feel like I’m where I need
to be. My number one priority is making sure our clients get the right
care while making sure they are comfortable and happy.
In 2018 Carina started as
CAREGiver and it felt like the best decision she’s ever made. Carina does not
see herself doing anything but caring for our seniors. She is originally from
Los Angeles, California, but has been in Nashville since she was three years
old. Carina moved here with her family for better job opportunities. She has
two sisters: one is older and married, the other is younger and lives with
Carina. Before she started working with Home Instead Senior Care she was a
server at Cracker Barrel. One of her coworkers told her how she was a
CAREGiver and encouraged Carina to seek out an opportunity to caregive as well
because she saw something in her. After providing CAREGiver services for many
months she was promoted to the CAREGiver Ambassador Role. After showing
loyalty in this role Carina was promoted to the Client Services Coordinator

Brionna was born and raised in Louisiana and moved to Nashville in 2017 to expand her horizons. In 2019, Brionna found Home Instead, or rather, Home Instead found her. She has been with the company ever since. Brionna has continuously shown her dedication to Home Instead and our clients. Brionna was On-Call Supervisor for some time before being offered her position in Human Resources. She has proven to be detail-oriented and organized in her everyday tasks and has never hesitated to get clarification. These qualities are what have made Brionna excel not only as a CAREGiver but in her administrative roles as well. She is the oldest of seven siblings. Her family currently resides in Louisiana, so she visits when she can.

Jessi grew up in Virginia and moved to Tennessee three years ago. She has worked at customer service jobs since she was old enough to begin working, but never felt like she was doing enough actual service. After years of doing what she could to help customers in a call center she came to Home Instead Senior Care to help customers in a more personal way. Jessi started working with Home Instead as a CAREGiver in early 2015. After connecting with so many seniors and their families as a CAREGiver she was promoted to the Client
Services Coordinator position in October of 2015 and is currently our Medicaid
Waiver Specialist. She now works to help seniors and their families ensure
their services are covered through the Medicaid program. She is continuing her
education at MTSU and is currently learning a third language. She hopes to use these
skills to help and connect with more cultural backgrounds in our community and
in communities around the world.
Home Instead Senior Care is Personal to me, because it is just like the Golden
Rule: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Treat everyone with
the dignity and respect they deserve. I am thankful that God has given me a
heart to serve others and I do not take this lightly. It is an honor to be able
to spend time with our precious seniors and let them know how important they
are and how much they are loved. I am also so blessed to now be a part of the
administrative team. It is a privileged to be part of the Home Instead family.
Debbie was born and raised in Michigan and has lived in Tennessee since 1995, when she married her wonderful husband, Dave. They will be
celebrating 23 years of marriage this September. She has
always taken care of people. She taught
preschool for 14 years and worked with mentally
challenged individuals for several years in
Michigan. She currently lives in Santa Fe, TN, right in the middle of 42 peaceful acres
of land. She feels blessed with her life - not
without troubles or heartache - but truly blessed!

Amanda began her tenure with Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver in 2004. She has served in several administrative capacities and after nearly ten years in the Quality Assurance Department, Amanda was promoted to the Director of Operations. As our Director of Operations, Amanda was responsible for overseeing our Client Care Department as well as our Staffing Department. In November 2016, Amanda transitioned to become our General Manager where she oversaw total operations of our Bowling Green office. Currently she now serves as our Home Care Specialist throughout the Nashville and Middle TN region. She takes great pride in the quality of our care and wants every client and CAREGiver to be delighted with our company. Amanda is also our Long Term Care Insurance specialist and oversees all of our courtesy billing and questions.
Donna joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in January 2008. She oversees the billing and payroll for our regional franchises. She works hard to ensure that every detail of our client’s invoices and our CAREGiver’s paychecks are correct. Donna counts it a joy to work for a company that is truly all about helping others. Donna is married and has two wonderful children. She enjoys cooking, serving at her church, and lazy days on the lake with her family.
Jennifer was born and raised in Campbellsville, Kentucky. She joined Home Instead in 2009 after being a stay at home mom for 12 years. She transitioned to our administrative team where she was the Communications Engineer for 6 years. She has since transitioned to her current role of Regional Accounting Specialist where she is responsible Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, 401K and helping clients and their families with billing questions.
Mary joined Home Instead Senior Care in August 2016 as our Regional Billing Specialist. She is responsible for the billing for our three franchise offices. Mary and her husband Ben have a wonderful daughter named Leah. She and her family have been caregivers to several of their own family members. Mary is excited to be a part of a business that truly serves others and helps them remain in their homes, providing a helping hand in their journey of life. She enjoys spending time with her family and going to church.

Jamie joined the Home Instead Senior Care family in March 2001 as a CAREGiver. Since October 2001 she has served in a variety of administrative roles. She joined our Home Instead Senior Care team in October 2017 as Regional Billing Specialist. She is proud to provide billing and payroll support to the five franchises.
Jacque is originally from Chicago, but spent many years
moving around the country with the US Air Force. She has lived in
Kentucky for eight years and is enjoying calling it home. She joins the
Home Instead finance department as Regional Billing/Payroll Specialist to
assist with billing and payroll needs for our five franchises. Jacque enjoys
spending time being a mom, reading, hiking, spending time outdoors and being
involved with her local church family. She truly believes in the
importance of the mission of serving your loved ones, and hopes to serve them
well with grace.

Emily earned her undergraduate degree from Asbury College and her Master’s Degree in Business and Organizational Communication from Western Kentucky University. Emily provides consultation services to the Home Care Consultants in Kentucky and Tennessee. She ensures continuity of sales executions, public relations and community education programs. Emily worked in direct sales for Home Instead Senior Care for eight years before moving to a consulting role.
