Our team of CAREGiver Ambassadors are here to respond to urgent needs that may arise day or night. There are a variety of situations in which our CAREGiver Ambassadors help us ensure the upmost quality of care and responsiveness. On any given day a CAREGiver may experience an emergency and be unable to make it to their client's home. In this case we deploy our CAREGiver Ambassador to arrive on time to ensure the client never goes without care. In addition, they assist our CAREGivers with extra support in the home when a client has a particularly challenging day. We are grateful for our CAREGiver Ambassadors and the vital role they play as members of our team.
"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because we are in the business of caring for others. The relationships that we have with our clients and their families are built on a foundation of trust. We have been the solution for so many different family circumstances since 2002 and we have been able to meet these personal needs of seniors with love and compassion. Home Instead Senior Care as a team is a group of people on a mission to help others and that is very personal. We all have been given free choice regarding our careers and this team has collectively chosen to help seniors and their families. I love what we do and I take seriously the trust that is bestowed upon us by each family that asks Home Instead to help."

"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because every day, 24 hours a day, we have the opportunity to make an impact on the life of a senior and their loved ones. Every minute of every day I can think to myself—right now a Home Instead Senior Care CAREGiver is helping a senior stay in the comfort of their home. Not Monday through Friday, not every other weekend, and not just during normal business hours but every minute of every day we are making a difference! And this can only be done by a team of individuals who are on a mission to help others. I am grateful to work with such a wonderful team of CAREGivers and administrative team members who live each day with the mission to help seniors stay home, wherever home may be."
Emily has a bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University in Health Care Administration. She is also a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). Before joining Home Instead Senior Care she was a college student looking to make a difference. She began as a CAREGiver with Home Instead Senior Care in Bowling Green, Kentucky and provided over 2,700 hours of direct care to seniors. Within a few months of experiencing the difference of being a CAREGiver firsthand, she changed her degree from Psychology to Health Care Administration so she could pursue her dream of leading a Home Instead Senior Care organization. After three years as the Director of Human Resources
for Home Instead Senior Care in Bowling Green, Kentucky, she was blessed to
have an opportunity to oversee the Franklin and Columbia offices in 2012. In
2016 she was given the opportunity to oversee the Nashville organization and is
happy to have found a home here as well.
Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because
this is more than a job for me, it is truly about the personal connection we
make day in and day out with seniors and CAREGivers. Seniors have contributed
so much to our community; we are honored to give back to them. My favorite
quote summarizes our intentions: “There are only four kinds of people in the
world. Those who have been CAREGivers. Those who are currently CAREGivers.
Those who will be CAREGivers, and those who will need a CAREGiver.”-Rosalyn
Ashleigh was born in Mobile, Alabama, but her family moved
to Nashville when she was nine months old. She has lived here ever since.
Through this time she has seen the growth and development of the city. And with
that growth she has recognized the true need for influential and compassionate
CAREGivers serving seniors in our community. When she was very young she would
spend time in skilled nursing communities volunteering and befriending seniors
who did not have visitors. After graduating from Stratford High School,
Ashleigh attended and graduated from Tennessee State University (Go Tigers!).
During her time as a student she began her Home Instead Senior Care career as a
Professional CAREGiver and realized her true passion for helping seniors. After
serving as a Professional CAREGiver for a year and a half, she received a
promotion to Human Resources Coordinator. Shortly after she was promoted into
the Director of Human Resources role.

assisting clients with their care needs. Loraine has been promoted from
her original position as a Client Services Coordinator to the Director of
Client Services, where she now oversees a team of individuals to ensure clients
receive the care they need regardless of the hour they need it! Not only does
Loraine serve in this role, she serves as the On-Call Supervisor every other
week. As the On-Call Supervisor, she is available to our clients and CAREGivers
24/7. Needless to say, Loraine is a very hard worker and we are blessed to have
her on our team!
“Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because, after
working for five years as a caregiver with persons with disabilities at a
non-profit, I moved to a position into the ‘corporate world’ at an insurance
company. From the time I made that move I was itching to get back to an environment
where I could directly impact the quality of life for individuals in need.
Finding Home Instead Senior Care has done just that, and I am excited every day
knowing that what I do helps seniors be able to stay Home Instead.”

grandchildren visit. I love making seniors feel safe and appreciated while
staying in the comfort of their homes.”

In 2018 Carina started as
CAREGiver and it felt like the best decision she’s ever made. Carina does not
see herself doing anything but caring for our seniors. She is originally from
Los Angeles, California, but has been in Nashville since she was three years
old. Carina moved here with her family for better job opportunities. She has
two sisters: one is older and married, the other is younger and lives with
Carina. Before she started working with Home Instead Senior Care she was a
server at Cracker Barrel. One of her coworkers told her how she was a
CAREGiver and encouraged Carina to seek out an opportunity to caregive as well
because she saw something in her. After providing CAREGiver services for many
months she was promoted to the CAREGiver Ambassador Role. After showing
loyalty in this role Carina was promoted to the Client Services Coordinator
"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because it gives me the chance to help a lot of people in a really big way. Even the smallest things we do here can make a huge difference to the person we are helping and their families. I really look forward to coming to work every day. One of my favorite things is hearing from CAREGivers and clients alike when they are so grateful of the match I made for them."
Jessi grew up in Virginia and moved to Tennessee three years ago. Home Instead Senior Care is Personal to me, because it is just like the Golden
