"We have been using Home Instead Senior Care for about a month and a half now. They go in five hours a week. They check the appointments. They do the groceries and light cleaning in the house."

"My brother is using Home Instead, and they're fabulous. It's not the same person every day; there are three different people who come in during the week who are very kind and warm do what he needs, such as cleaning, helping him exercise, going up and down the stairs, getting his prescriptions, and cooking him a healthy dinner. They are available and have been very good. A couple times, though, on a weekend, they didn't show up, which freaked me out, but they did send over a meal which my brother heated up in the microwave, so at least they sent him food. "

"Outstanding. The team is very supportive, helpful and flexible. Everyone is great with Justine. She can be a handful. Also I have received lots of gifts of knowledge to help with this journey. "

"I can’t tell you how GRATEFUL we are to all of you for all your extra efforts to be sure my in-laws are well cared for. Staff issues happen and it is not within your control that our CAREGiver got sick and no other driver/CAREGivers were available, yet for you to make the decision to shore up and cover Papa’s appointment in this manner is fabulous and speaks volumes about the people of Home Instead!"

"As John's mobility and stability becomes more and more of a problem ... we will begin our move toan "all-on-one-level"  house. We are very sad to be leaving San Francisco and will truly miss Marco! He is not only an invaluable CAREGiver for John, but a beautiful human being. I cannot thank you enough for having put us in touch with Marco. He has helped so much in building the bridge that brought John from 'denial' to 'acceptance.' They have such a good time together!"

"  "I want to take this opportunity to thank you and the entire Home Instead Senior Care staff for your wonderful efforts and care during my in-home services. I especially want to thank my CAREGiver, Joan, for her excellent care during the last ?8 months. Her exemplary work ethic, professionalism and personal care on my behalf, must be noted. She takes extra steps in making sure my comfort, needs, meals, etc., are met. Her attention to detail with regard to my diabetic dietary needs also is excellent. Most of all, Joan shows the willingness to learn, follow new instructions quickly and anticipate my physical movements so that my safety is always in-check. Thank you. It was a pleasure knowing you, the staff and Joan." "

"  "I wanted you to know how much my family and I appreciated the loving care provided to Mrs. Hanson during her recent illness. Your agency, and all the CAREGivers, did an outstanding job of making her as comfortable as possible at all times -- especially Nora and Rosa, who were so gracious and understanding. We were particularly pleased with all your personal efforts to always provide us a complete schedule and to be so attentive to our needs." "

" "I want to thank you and Cathy for all your wonderful service to Josie in the last few months of her life. All of your CAREGivers were wonderful. Starting with Sharon who was able to take her out to museums, parks and exhibits that she loved. And then your rapid response in sending CAREGivers to be with her constantly in the hospital and then at Coming Home Hospice. He really bonded with Karen. Karen was wonderful with her, and when I visited with both of them and said to Josie, “Isn’t Karen wonderful?”, Josie couldn’t talk but winked and grinned at Karen. I spoke on the phone several times with Susie, who was with her at the end. She seemed very competent and comfortable with the situation, and I understand she was holding Josie’s hand at the very end."
