Frank and Kimberly D'Amico, owners of the Home Instead Senior Care office serving parts of the Lehigh Valley including Allentown, Schnecksville, Macungie, Emmaus, Fogelsville and other areas of Lehigh County, were presented a PEAQ Award by Home Instead, Inc. (franchisor of the Home Instead Senior Care Network).
The Home Instead Senior Care network demonstrates commitment to quality care through its proprietary PEAQ program, "Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality". In consultation with J.D. Power and Associates, CAREGivers and clients are routinely surveyed to ensure consistent delivery of high quality service.
"We are honored to receive this recognition," said Kim D'Amico. "The privilege of going into private homes to deliver care is not to be taken lightly. We have a team of very dedicated and committed CAREGivers and staff members who deliver exceptional care. To receive such positive feedback from our clients, family members and CAREGivers adds meaning to our work and service to others."
Kim D'Amico added that her office has served more than 2,000 residents in the Lehigh Valley since 1997. Services include personal care, specialized Alzheimer's care, assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, incidental transportation and more, enabling seniors to live safely and comfortably in their homes for as long as possible.
Home Instead offers free monthly newsletters with tips and advice for caregivers of elderly loved ones.
Each Home Instead Senior Care franchise is independently owned and operated.
