We are running into too many confusing incidents and scheduling problems at this time! We do thank everyone who volunteered but, unfortunately, we fell short for a client whose needs changed, and we do not want to disappoint clients in the future. We are looking at how we interpret hours of availability and requesting time off. A topic for the May CareGiver Meeting! We do know that Requests for Time Off MUST be in writing but it's hours of availability that makes it confusing! Please start thinking about it and work with us on this issue.

When driving with clients.,.it should only be you and the client in the car. This is a big liability issue if you are in an accident.
