Norma Fay (Spangler) Rotz, 83, passed away on January 4, 2018 in Allentown Pennsylvania. She was the wife of Clifford "Ted" Rotz, Jr. M.D. and the daughter of the former Valley and Vada Spangler. Norma was born in Belle, West Virginia on April 21, 1934. She graduated from Dupont High School in Dupont City, WV. She was an excellent student, played the clarinet in the High School Band and was well liked by everyone. She graduated from The McMillan School of Nursing in Charleston, WV with an RN degree. As part of her nurse's training, she spent time in Philadelphia, PA at the former Philadelphia General Hospital where she met her husband Ted. They were married in Belle, WV on December 29, 1956. They lived in Carlisle, PA for 12 years, Columbia, SC for 19 years and Myrtle Beach, SC for 18 years, and then moved to their current home in Allentown, PA. Norma worked as a nurse in several hospitals and doctor's offices for about 12 years and then retired to raise her children. She was a very active and dedicated member of the United Methodist Church and enjoyed an active membership in a Sunday School class. She was an avid reader and loved to play golf. She had a "hole in one," receiving great admiration from her golfing husband, who never had one. Norma was a loving, kind and quiet person with an engaging sense of humor. She routinely performed charitable acts and gave to the needy. She was dearly loved by her husband, three children and five grandchildren. Survivors: She is survived by her husband Ted in Allentown, PA, a brother Wayne Spangler and his wife Janet in Roncevert, WV, a daughter Cindy Vullo and her husband Joe in West Pittston, PA, a son Bob Rotz and his wife Melanie in Houston, TX, a son Brian Rotz of Carlisle, PA, a granddaughter Adriana Vullo and grandson Louie Vullo in West Pittston, PA and grandsons, Mark Rotz, Jeffrey Rotz and Brady Rotz in Houston, TX. 
Patricia A. Willever, 74, of Allentown, passed away January 19, 2018 at Cedarbrook Nursing Home, Allentown. She was the wife of the late Robert C. Willever. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late John and Irma Snyder. Survivors: Daughter, Michelle Rassler and her husband, Lynn Hocker; Grandchildren, Daniel and Christie Rassler; Great-Grandchildren, Ty Nansteel and Jason Kuchera. 
Madeline Grace Meixner, 92 years, of Catasauqua, formerly of Moore Township passed away January 14th, 2018. Born on Rocky Hill Farm in Weaversville, she left home to work in the defense plants in Detroit and Cleveland. After the war she married her husband Carl, had twin daughters Joan and Jean and went on to own and operate the Klecknersville Hotel. Retiring to her mountain retreat, she followed her passions of painting and gardening which continued for the rest of her life. An independent beautiful woman who always had a story to tell, she was loved by all she met. She has willed her body to science. A celebration of her life and art will follow on a spring day to be announced later. She is survived by her daughters, granddaughter Melissa, grandson Jon, great grandson Cole, great granddaughter Lily, brother Ralph and wife Mary, and nieces and nephews. Any contribution in her memory is to be sent to Lehigh Valley Hospice at 2024 Lehigh St. Allentown, PA 18103 for their invaluable heartfelt support.
