A native of Lehigh County, Kimberly Koze D’Amico has more than eight years of personal caregiving experience. She and her husband, Frank, are the primary caregivers for Frank’s 88-year-old father who currently lives with them. Kim believes that, with the proper support, the future can be limitless for area seniors who can experience music, the arts, social interactions and physical fitness. With three children of her own, Kim would like younger generations to learn from the remarkable seniors in our community. Kim earned bachelor’s degrees in biology and psychology from Boston College and a master’s degree in genetic counseling from the Graduate School of Public Health University in Pittsburgh. She has worked as a genetic counselor for the past 26 years. In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with her three children Faith, Lauren and Peter. Favorite activities include gardening and the annual family hiking and camping trips to National Parks across the country.
Personal experience prompted Frank D’Amico and his wife Kim to purchase their Home Instead Senior Care franchise. While serving as the primary caregivers for Frank’s 88-year-old father, the two decided that senior care was a mission-like service that they would both enjoy. He believes that it is important to keep seniors active, engaged and independent for as long as possible and he looks forward to helping seniors in in whatever living environment suits their needs. A board certified urologist for the past 18 years, Frank is president of his practice – Urology of Central Pennsylvania. He also is president of a physician-run surgery center – Susquehanna Valley Surgery Center. In his spare time, Frank enjoys spending time with his three children Faith, Lauren and Peter. Favorite activities include skiing and the annual family hiking and camping trips to National Parks across the country.
Linda first walked through the doors of Home Instead in May of 2004 and has come to consider all of us who work here, as well as our clients, as part of her extended family. Linda says, “Whether it's our clients, our caregivers, or my co-workers, someone makes you laugh or smile almost every day! It is quite gratifying to be involved with such a fabulous organization whose mission is to simply assist others with their needs.” An empty-nester, Linda resides in Bethlehem and enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
It is a privilege to say that I have been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2004, working in various positions. As Client Care Coordinator and On-Call Supervisor there is joy and satisfaction in working with Clients and their families to make a difference in their lives and help them say in their homes…wherever that may be! I have lived in the Lehigh Valley most of my life. I am married and have two daughters, a son and a dog named “Ford”! My parents have recently moved in with my family, and we have all taken on a greater appreciation for what it means to “age in place”. The joys and the struggles of living as a family with multi-generations have allowed me to better understand and serve our families. As always, I am pleased to assist our seniors to remain independent in their homes as long as possible.
Bev was the very first Lehigh Valley Senior Care dba Home Instead CAREGiver! This was because she had been friends with the original owner's wife since high school! All these years later, Bev says, “It has always been a pleasure to work here. I enjoyed working with clients because I am a giving person, and I like making new friends. I have experienced health issues myself.”Today Bev serves as the Office Support Person which means she answers phones, prepares folders, prepares the monthly newsletters, and anything else that needs doing. Bev has two married daughters and three grand children who are the delight of her life. Bev also admits, “I consider my job here to be the perfect job for me!”

Carly attended Salisbury University where she studied aging and earned a B. A. in Developmental Psychology. She began her career on the other end of the spectrum, working with children for several years before making the transition to senior care in 2009. While working in her first senior care with a company specializing in Independent and Assisted Living communities, Carly's parents purchased a Home Instead Senior Care franchise office in her home state of Maryland. Eventually a position became available and she joined their team in 2012. During that time, she had the opportunity to work every Key Player role in the office, and became a Certified Senior Advisor. In 2016 she relocated to Lehigh County and was fortunate enough to be welcomed into another amazing Home Instead team! Carly says, “I may no longer be working for family, but at Home Instead, you always feel like you're working with family!
After being a foster parent to over 20 teen-agers while working in marketing at AT&T, she earned a master's degree in Social Work which she then put to use as a health care social worker. While working in a hospital in Florida, Andrea made discharge referrals to Home Instead Senior Care because the quality and dependability of the agency was outstanding! After moving back to Allentown, she became a caregiver and now fills the marketing role with the agency.
"I am continually struck by the professionalism, high level of caring and exemplary caregivers that I have met from Home Instead. My mom couldn't live without them, and neither could I.
