The Receptionist/Front Desk is expected to perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties. This person is expected to answer phones, complete administrative duties and support other staff members with clerical tasks in order to provide the highest quality service to clients and CAREGivers. It is also a requirement of this position to be a backup CAREGiver for occasional fill-in shifts with our clients. The hours for this position are part-time, consisting of two full work day in the the office on Saturdays and Sundays, and on-call duties Friday-Sunday nights. On-call duties require the Receptionist to answer calls on the after hours phone as they come in. The Receptionist is expected to perform a variety of front desk and on-call duties.
