Sophie started with Home Instead in January 2018 in the Omaha Franchise office where she assisted families, clients, and CAREGivers with their schedules. In November 2019 she join the Home Instead team in Fremont, looking to build relationships in the community where she grew up. She has a passion for helping seniors and their families navigate through difficult healthcare decisions and providing resources to help keep them home as long as possible. As the Home Care Consultant, Sophie will work closely with area medical and senior care facilities to coordinate quick, effective, and quality care for our clients.
Erica started with Home Instead Fremont in January 2020. She is our HR Manager who helps us hire and retain the very best CAREGivers in our community. She is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, MO and it was her minor in Public Administration that led her to a career in Human Services. She has a passion for serving individuals who are most vulnerable.
Although not consecutively, Erica has been a part of the Home Instead family for 4.5 years. She says she keeps coming back because of our one of a kind culture and the mission we serve. She has held roles at both the Omaha franchise and Global Headquarters located in Omaha, NE.
She is a proud mom of two beautiful children and two crazy dogs.
Jessica started with Home Instead in March 2020 and is our Scheduling Coordinator. She is dedicated to scheduling clients and Caregivers consistently to provide the highest quality service to clients with an emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships. Jessica will follow up with all client and Caregiver issues to ensure their problems are resolved in a timely manner. Jessica lives in Arlington with her wonderful husband and two boys who keep them active.
Katie started with Home Instead in May 2020, where she assists CAREGivers in maximizing their full potential through training, education, and personal development. A lifelong learner herself, Katie has a passion for education, health literacy, and helping others. She has recently relocated to Nebraska from Missouri and is excited to build connections and live "the good life." As the Training and Development Coordinator, Katie will work closely with CAREGivers to ensure they are well-equipped with high quality training to best serve our clients.
