The Company, I feel, is doing well with communications. We are receiving weekly updates especially during the pandemic; in these we are encouraged to maintain proper health protocols as a precaution against the spread of infection. We are having our Mandatory Training sessions via Zoom. During these sessions are we continually getting updates regarding treatment and proper care especially with our clients who have dementia. Kudos!!

I have access to everyone in the organization’s chain of operations. From the CEO to the receptionist. When I need anything, it’s a phone call or text away. Everyone is helpful. Covid-19 slowed the interpersonal relationship with co-workers but the magic of ZOOM allowed us to see one another during training sessions . I enjoy working with others when sharing a client. I may not see my co-worker(s) but the notes they leave in the journal is a way of getting to know them. Overall, I’m enjoying my journey with the Home Instead family.

What I like about Home Instead is their training. It helps the Caregiver to be bold and equipped with everything they will need to work with. They work hand in hand with their Caregivers. At any time you call, there is someone to assist you. They provide you with all you will need, never left alone. You feel the whole office with you when working. The Office Staff are SUPERB.

ome Instead is a quality work place. The leadership from the top down and throughout this organization, is far and away, filled with dedicated personnel. If you need an answer for a situation you cannot resolve, help is a phone call away. A sense of calm has always been my experience when I have conversations with the staff at Home Instead. Our leaders want us to be successful. There is no judgement for what you dont know. There are enough training sessions to help you make sense of what providing in-home care is all about. Leaders at the top exhibit success. That sums up the quality I spoke of. Who would not want to work in an environment where success will manifest right before your very eyes!

I've felt very blessed to have my job with Home Instead especially during this past year when so many people were out of their jobs -- and the staff at HISC really makes an effort to show their appreciation to us in the field....and we want to show our appreciation of them too. HISC is very good at making sure all of the CGs are aware of what is required to provide sterling service to our clients. Especially during the current global health crisis we have received weekly communication and videos offering encouraging comments and feedback from our clients. These informational videos make us aware that the company is with us as we provide essential service during this critical period.
