If mom refuses to do something needed, Denise can and will give her a moment to re-set and can redirect her easily. As a former caregiver myself in Suffolk, it gives me peace of mind knowing Denise is there with mom and keeps us aware of any changes we need to know. It is a tough job, but she is excellent.
