"Prior to becoming a customer of Home Instead, I meet with them and had all my questions clearly answered. They worked to get a good "fit" of the caregiver and my husband,and succeeded. Both he and I like her very much. She is punctual, watches him carefully, and does her best to keep him moving and entertained. The billing is simple, and the billing people and caregiver assignment people are always available should I have questions or changes. "

"I phoned Home Instead on a Monday morning at 9am, I needed to have someone sit with my Dad at night only. There was a very nice Nurse Pam that came out before noon on the same day to visit with me. That night at 5pm someone was there to sit with my Dad. I was very impressed with the quick service. The CNA'a were the most professional and sweetest people ever. Unfortunately my Dad passed the next night. If ever I was in need of assistance such as this, I would use them again. Thank you to the Home Instead staff. "

"Home Instead Senior Care got to me the fastest. I called at 9:00 in the evening, and they have someone answering the phone. Overall, I'm satisfied with their service. I used them for about two months for my sister. They started off being very accommodating, but after a while, they have certain requirements and then they wanted more hours. I couldn't pay that because I was a second party. If they have minimum hours, they need to state their requirements upfront. Now, they're dealing directly with my sister and she took over and assumed responsibility. She liked them and she has resumed their service. "
