Dawn came to Home Instead Senior Care in 2001 after being in the long-term care industry for over 10 years. While she served as Executive Director of a nursing facility in Greater Phoenix, she received the 1997 Administrator Recognition Award for Superior Leadership from the Arizona Health Care Association.
Shelley joined the Home Instead Senior Care Greater Phoenix team in early 2004 shortly after moving to Arizona with her husband and three children. Whether it is during the day, in the evening, or on a weekend, she looks forward to meeting with potential clients and developing an individualized care plan to meet their needs. Her goals are to keep seniors as independent as possible and allow them to control and make decisions that affect their own daily lives.
Dawn began her career at Home Instead Senior Care more than a decade ago. Dawn came to Home Instead as a Client Care Coordinator, she especially enjoyed helping clients and their families find solutions to their concerns regarding the well-being of their loved ones. Dawn served as Staffing Manager for the past eight years. During that time, she led the team responsible for ensuring that every client is matched with the most appropriate CAREGiver. Dawn has worked closely with our clients and their families to provide the very best CAREGiver day in and day out. Dawn’s expertise in problem solving has proven to be invaluable for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our clients. Dawn’s tireless devotion to the senior community has served her well during calls with new clients and family members. Dawn currently serves as Community Relations Manager. Her role includes working with new clients, their families and CAREGivers. Dawn enjoys finding solutions and providing resources for all our clients and their family members. Dawn is married to her devoted husband Rudy and has five grown children.
Jennifer joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in April 2014. In her role, she leads the Financial Services team in all billing and payroll functions. She comes to us with more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Jennifer has received numerous customer satisfaction awards while working with leading national banks. Most recently, she served as the financial manager for a prominent business investor. She has personal experience as a CAREGiver for loved ones, so she has the ability to compassionately identify with our CAREGivers and their needs. Jennifer has always had a passion for helping people and is excited to be part of a company that shares in her passion. Jennifer is married to her husband Mark and has four children.
Maddison comes to us with 14 years of experience in HR and Recruiting. She is originally from Scotland, UK, having been born and raised in Edinburgh. She lived there until she came to the USA with her husband, Tom, in 2001. The two big passions in her life are animals and the elderly. Maddison and Tom happily share their home with several little ‘fur-babies.’ Maddison has personal experience as a CAREGiver for her mother, and she is also a hospice volunteer. She has a great appreciation and respect for what our CAREGivers do on a daily basis, and she is incredibly excited to be part of a company that shares her passion.
