Cheryl Anderson has always had a desire and passion when it comes to caring for others. Over the years, she has engaged in different types of jobs which led Cheryl to the realization that if she wasn't working with people and helping others, she wasn't happy. In 1984 she began working at Cerebral Palsy Brain Injury & MD. With the experience gained, she then perused working in nursing homes in their long-term & Alzheimer's units. She's also worked various jobs dealing with the elderly, with children and with HIV/Aids patients.
Cheryl says, "This is my life, caring for others. To help them with their daily activities and to help them maintain their independence, is beyond rewarding."
Cheryl loves listening to her clients' share stories about their lives, their families, and their life experiences. She explained, "With so many lonely people in the world, if I can make a difference by making someone happy, that is what makes me happy."
Clients' adore Cheryl, and her willingness to always lend a helping hand. One client shared, "I love Cheryl. She is like a daughter to me."
