Like Part of the Family

Guyana, South America is where Bibi Alibaksh was born and lived for the first 18 years of her life before moving to New York. Bibi and her husband have lived in the United States for 14 years total, calling Florida home for the last 4 years. Bibi said they were searching for a change, some place they could relax, a nice environment, some place to get away from the cold and snow.

Bibi, having previous work experience as a Home Health Aide, loves her position at Home Instead Senior Care. She has been part of our dedicated CAREGiving team since December 2011. Bibi states, "That all of her clients seem to enjoy her assistance and companionship. The fact that clients are diverse and interesting makes this job very fulfilling and rewarding. Everyone is so kind and caring". She goes on saying, "As a Home Health Aide you want to be welcomed and feel like part of the family."  Bibi warms the hearts of many as they reminisce about the clients' younger years, family, and their careers. She continues to go above and

beyond while she is with her clients; to engage them in activities such as taking them out for lunch, maybe some shopping, or just a casual drive along the beach. To help her clients make the most of their day. Clients often compliment on how wonderful she is, always so helpful and truly a fabulous CAREGiver.

We are grateful to recognize Bibi Alibaksh as our CAREGiver of the month for August. She has proven herself to be an outstanding, caring and compassionate CAREGiver.

We also want to Congratulate Bibi and her husband as they will be expecting their first child in December. We wish you the best!
